“Sometimes a company has to make a small mistake to show how good they are! Sound weird? Just that I ordered a 55mm filter from them, but they shipped a 58mm filter. A quick email to them, and a replacement was on its way that same day. Nice to know they take customer satisfaction seriously, and can fix errors quickly. Good job!”
