“I bought a Rode NT1 microphone and amp and the experience was perfect. The description of items was incomplete on the website and I called to make sure everything was included in the package. The girl who answered the phone had completed the description as we were speaking and by the end of the conversation everything was updated to the last bit. The on the second day I received my package all the way from Montreal to Oakville, ON. Everything was intact and the microphone was working perfectly. I was a bit nervous since it is a condenser mic and very sensitive to shocks and vibration. Overall great experience, I highly recommended this business and I will be a repeat customer in future.
