“I have ordered twice now from ExcellentPhoto. Both times, the delivery was quick (approximately 3-4 days from QC to AB) and efficient. Products were packaged securely to prevent damage. Highly recommend.”

“Hi at ExcellentPhoto from Qualicum Beach, BC. I recently bought a Canon camera battery from you online. I was attracted by your significantly lower price and decided (because of the security of PayPal) to take a chance. 🤔 The battery arrived from Montreal exactly as expected and three days earlier than Canada Post had forecast! 😁 So, overall the experience was worthy of 5 stars and I’ll check out your prices in the future. “I have to say I was very impressed with the service. Complete opposite of what I experienced with Henry's who had some the worst customer service I have experienced. ExcellentPhoto got a high demand product in stock sooner, I product I was on the waiting list for over a year with Henry's. Shipping was amazingly fast, it was shipped out and at my door in 3 days thanks to their quick processing and fast shipping through FedEx. Online chat was great when I had a question. The overall experience was fantastic and they will be my goto camera store from now on.”
