“I have to say I was very impressed with the service. Complete opposite of what I experienced with Henry's who had some the worst customer service I have experienced. ExcellentPhoto got a high demand product in stock sooner, I product I was on the waiting list for over a year with Henry's. Shipping was amazingly fast, it was shipped out and at my door in 3 days thanks to their quick processing and fast shipping through FedEx. Online chat was great when I had a question. The overall experience was fantastic and they will be my goto camera store from now on.”

Hi, All the items we sell are brand new, unless their title says "open box". Your unit must have been opened by the team for a test in the warehouse, since it's a brand-new model, but I can assure you it's never been used. Best regards, A
