Thanks for the feedback Susan. It looks like you didn't receive all of our automatic email notifications unfortunately. We do now send them via a new email server and delivery rates have improved significantly. Glad you were still happy with the sling though. :)

“Stock arrived well-packaged, well-fed and heated. Shipping is expensive compared to other sites but service is good so would use this site again and recommend.”

“I was very satisfied with the care, condition and the well being of my order. To me, it shows that this company really cares for its animals, and I would definitely order from these again. Customer service was excellent. Emails were replied back asap, when I had problems or enquiries. So overall very pleased with choosing Exotic Pets to order my animals.”

Occasionally that does happen with young spiderlings but due to us packing them well it won't ordinarily effect them. I'm glad the little one settled in quickly! Thanks :)

Very occasionally we do have to delay shipping due to adverse weather conditions but we always do our best to ensure our customers are well informed with what's going on and that they understand the necessity for us to do this! Thanks for the great feedback! :)

“I have used this company many many times and each time has been outstanding. I have never ever had any complaints and every animal I have purchased has been healthy. They are all well packaged with heat pads for winter transport to keep them warm. The prices for their stock is also exquisite as is the courier price. Will always go to this website for my reptile needs :)”

“1st time I've ordered from you guys, arrived as said, product was excellent, all I can say so far is great stuff, got exactly what I needed and at the same price that saves me going out to Pet Store. I'm sure Tess the Tortoise is chuffed too. I'll defo be a regular now. Nice 1.”
