“The website makes it very clear which species they have in stock - the packing for the slings was perfect, and all are doing well.”

“Recently purchased three slings. All arrived healthy and well, plus they care about the welfare if the animals, because the weather was so cold they kept back the slings until the temperature picked up a bit plus kept me informed. I've already arrange my next purchase from these guys. 5* all round.”

Thank you for recognising that. We do always put animal welfare first and I know sometimes delays can be frustrating but when it's cold outside, it's better to be safe than sorry. :)

“Took a little while for out live food to arrive. But everything was sorted out very quickly! Packed safely and sturdy! Worms look healthy! very happy axie ! Thank you”

Thanks for your review Kirstie. I can see from our notes that our live food order came in short from our supplier and delayed your order being dispatched by a day. This is quite unusual and I'm sure your next shopping experience with us, will be a 5 star one. :)

“I ordered a mantis and starter kit they came well packaged and fast. The mantis was obviously taken care of well as he was not stressed and ate the same day and is growing beautifully. I rang before ordering and was given helpful advice. I'm so happy with the site that I have ordered another. Very professional company.”

“Thank you for your quick delivery and service , ordered on 14/02/2017 evening and delivered 9am on the 16/02/2017, Living in northern Ireland some companies from the mainland think the delivery system is different, Its not we are still guaranteed next day delivery by the royal mail. What I ordered was exactly what was described and delivered, perfect. I will certainly be using you again. Thank you Jan Abbott”

“Animals arrived safely and in great condition. Overall I'm very pleased. However, the courier service was not great. Arrived late (6 hours after quoted delivery time) and did not let me check the condition of animals on arrival. A case of "here's your box, see ya". Other than the customer service, my experience was a good one!”

It looks like our animal courier let us down a bit on this one Rob. We have fed this back to them and asked them to allow customers time to check their animals upon delivery. Thank you :)

“Very happy got a Royal python, tarantula and prey mantis from them everything healthy and doing well would defenetly recommend buying from exotic pets and communication before and after buying is great. Really friendly bunch”
