“I recently purchased a millepede for my son's tenth birthday. It arrived speedily and safely packaged; care had clearly been given to its welfare. When I phoned for advice about the millepede's enclosure, the member of staff I spoke to was very helpful and gave sound advice. Thank you for fantastic customer service.”

“Ordered 3 different spider's , all 3 arrived safe and well. They were well packaged and the box contained a heat pack ( February). All 3 spider's were individually identified and were roughly the size stated ( 1 was definitely larger than 1cm ) . Well impressed so I will be ordering again. Rob H”
