“I have used dozens of expenses systems over the years - they are the bane of a Sales persons life. They are almost never designed with the User in mind. Expend is extremely easy, intuitive and quick to use either at the PC or on the move. Expenses made very easy and more time left to sell!”

“Still enjoying the Expend experience, although it would be useful if the reports would show when a transaction was booked (as well as the date of the transaction), so it's easier to see whether someone has booked a transaction very late, which has therefore not been loaded to the general ledger. Also the Expend card turns out to be of limited utility in China, because for our purposes very few outlets accept Mastercard. Also some staff have had their cards arbitrarily blocked (eg in Colombia and Dublin), so they had to fall back on their personal funds. Expend chat is very responsive whenever I raise queries - many thanks”
