Hi Lorraine. If you’ve forgotten login details or need support with structuring the administrators on the account, please get in touch with customer support via phone, live chat or email.
The UI seems too crowded with things I don't need(e.g., reporting, cards), yet I cannot get the most basic information I need, i.e., my banking details (the bank account the payment will go).
