“The Staff are nice. Product was good . Neen improvement in operations system. I paid for goods but was not believed until I sent a copy of MY PERSONAL BANK STATEMENT showing payment had come out of my account. I loath sending personal matter over the net/phone but seemed the only way to sort matter out. I am wary in future about ordering new items now. I also think that the minimum order on some items you sell is way too high. Min short start at /priced at 100.”

Hi Ken, we're very sorry for the issue. As mentioned via email, our card processing facilitator's system was having issues. Luckily there were no issues with the payment itself, just our facilitators system matching it up to our website ordering processes. Our pricing is wholesale and 100 units is the minimum for us to be able to offer these at the best price possible. If you need less, please let us know and we can always quote this for you. Tiffany

“Wow! I ordered 100 pens for a family reunion and they were well received. They were well packaged and delivery was prompt. I ordered a mixture of colours and the colour were brilliant. Pens were lovely to write with. Amazing value. Thank you.”

“The quality of the pens and openers was good but I missed the promo offer. It wasn’t clear that I needed to wait to receive the code before the purchase and it went into my spam so I didn’t see it. Express said they couldn’t help me as it took too long to get contact with the representative and my order had shipped. It messed up my plans as I was relying on the promo product to make up my numbers for a specific event. Now I’m unable to take part in the event which is detrimental to my brand. I will not be ordering again.”
