“The quality of the pens and openers was good but I missed the promo offer. It wasn’t clear that I needed to wait to receive the code before the purchase and it went into my spam so I didn’t see it. Express said they couldn’t help me as it took too long to get contact with the representative and my order had shipped. It messed up my plans as I was relying on the promo product to make up my numbers for a specific event. Now I’m unable to take part in the event which is detrimental to my brand. I will not be ordering again.”

Hi Fiona, I'm sorry you missed the promo email. I would recommend contacting our team via phone or email if the code doesn't come through. When you did bring it to our attention after the order was left and was unable to be added.

“I recently ordered some custom drink bottles from Express Promo. I found their customer service to be excellence. Their team was super responsive when creating the artwork we desired on the bottles and once posted they were here quickly. The end product is of excellent quality and we are very happy overall.
