“Team member on the phone was very helpful cause slight IT issue with the online payment system. He said after an update on Friday they have had some calls regarding this issue and will get it fixed by IT but in the meantime could process payment over the phone. He fixed it all up for me in all of about 5 mins.”

Alison that depends how far into the retention process you are? Retainers can have a lot of strain on them in the early stages of wearing retainers as teeth are trying to shift back, generally after 6 months to a year teeth will settle into new position and retainers then last longer as there is less stress on them.
