Hi Maarten we dont believe we are expensive at all. We have successfully treated you for $2149 in 2020 and now you need to buy retainers to maintain your smile. We are very comparable with all our major competitors and well below if you were getting from a dentist or orthodontist.

“Their slow retainer delivery times can really upset the process. Sometimes the retainers can crack or break and it can catch you off guard. If retainers could be delivered faster for these urgent matters, than that would be an improvement”

Hi Keani, sorry you are not happy. We do suggest keeping spare retainers in case of loss or damage, or buying a new set before they are too old. Unfortunately, these are custom-made products and they do take a couple of weeks to manufacture and get to you. Freight delays over the last 2 years haven't assisted us in this area either. Thanks

Sorry about the form Alison. We have investigated and realized that the form has somehow reverted to only showing the desktop version. Meaning extremely small print and difficult to complete on small phone. This is being fixed as a priority now.

“So disappointed I didn’t choose braces or invisalign over Ez Smile. Not only do I need to purchase new retainers every 6 month for the rest of my life, which end up costing more than braces or invisalign. Wish I did my research.”

“I had a few issues with EZ Smile 1. Asked for a review for my top alignments as I want it to be pushed in more but this was ignored. 2. After receiving the alignments none of them fits. I had emailed EZ Smile team which they only replace the bottom aligners and not the top once. I was told to cut the back of the top and bottom aligners to make them fit properly. I felt that the top aligners did not moved my teeth at all. This was also ignored. 3. Apart from constantly cutting the back of ALL my aligners. I have finished and my teeth did not do what I was shown on the 3D app. The top teeth did not moved a bit. The bottom has moved but my teeth is still not straight or nearly straight. The final aligner I wore seem straight but did not moved my teeth to that position.”

“I feel like it was a waste of money. Not much at all changed and I even used it for almost twice the amount of time suggested to see if they work better but I still have the same problems. My retainer broke in half super quickly and if I leave them off for a night or two my teeth move straight back into the position I was trying to get them out of. So yeah not happy”

Soraya, if your retainer broke and you haven't been retaining your teeth they will move back. You need to continue wearing your retainer to maintain your teeth. We did not hear from you about your retainer breaking, we would have sorted this out for you. I am sorry you are dissatisfied with EZ SMILE.

“I have lost my Last aligner (the retainer one) in a Plane the first day of wearing it so I am not certain how the final result should Look. I have tried contacting ezsmile to get another one send but I never had any answer. So far the result looks great but one of my teeth moves back during the day and comes only back into place when I wear my aligned during the night. I have mixed feelings about my overall experience.”

“Issues not resolved on upper front teeth, with one remaining bucked forward and awkard bite remaining between lower and upper front teeth, very sub-optimal experience give the marketing spiel at the start. Would not and have not recomended ezsmile to others.”
