“I find ordering very easy but the quality of the retainers can be quite flimsy and poor”

Sorry to hear that Alana, we do have a balance between using really robust thick plastic and making them comfortable for nightly wear. Some people can also be tougher on retainers due to factors like grinding etc.

“The Communication from Ezy smile was helpful, before buying the aligners I was contacted over the phone, to which they explained what my journey would be like. The free scan at their dentist was amazing and the fact you are able to see your end result from your scan gives you hope and excitement of achieving your ideal smile.”

“The online ordering system and direction to a local dentist for scanning and then the follow up via textand email to the website and the pics are all very proffessional..easy to follow and expalin evcerything. Overall a very easy process.”
