“Their slow retainer delivery times can really upset the process. Sometimes the retainers can crack or break and it can catch you off guard. If retainers could be delivered faster for these urgent matters, than that would be an improvement”

Hi Keani, sorry you are not happy. We do suggest keeping spare retainers in case of loss or damage, or buying a new set before they are too old. Unfortunately, these are custom-made products and they do take a couple of weeks to manufacture and get to you. Freight delays over the last 2 years haven't assisted us in this area either. Thanks

“So far I like that free 3D scan was performed to evaluate my teeth. I much preferred having that done as compared to impression kit. Looking forward to starting my teeth straightening journey.”

“Whilst the concept of aligners are great, unfortunately EZ smile was not suitable for me. I had already used Invisalign 10 years back as I had crooked teeth. After my completion, they went slightly back. So I decided 10 years later to try EZ smile to finish off what I had started previously. So not a major correction I was asking for. EZ smile is affordable compared to Invisalign and it is the same concept. The problem I had with EZ smile is that whilst my teeth looked straight from an underneath view, they were not straight from a frontal view after completion of the program. I then got a few alterations after which at one point my teeth actually moved with a gap, which required another set of alterations to fix it up. By the end of it, I did not get the result of what I had requested from the beginning of the whole program, which meant that both EZ smile and myself agreed that there was nothing further that could be done. The before and after shots from the front view were the same. Only underneath you could see the difference. They were always accommodating and very supportive and the product itself is of quality, I feel that perhaps that as I was not able to speak to an orthodontist directly, the messages I was sending for what I specifically wanted, was getting lost in translation.”

Thanks Gisella we believe we delivered the end result that your plan showed. We refined it many times for you but unfortunately, you wanted more than the simulated result could offer. In hindsight yes you probably should have paid the premium price for an orthodontist to treat you face to face in order to get you the minute improvements that you were wanting. Appreciate your feedback as we always learn from customers' feedback to try and improve our service and delivery of treatment plans. Thanks
