“Great experience. Excellent EXCELLENT customer service. Easy process. Only giving four stars because my teeth didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted.. but that just might be because this process is very different to braces. Would still recommend.”

“After procrastinating for years to wear metal braces again, mainly down to the cost as well as comfort, aesthetics etc , I stumbled upon EZ Smile in a magazine, I was so shocked at how much cheaper this option was so decided to go for it, My teeth are now straight & I’m not afraid to smile again, Thankyou”

“Really happy with the results for my top teeth. Got through all 12 trays in 4 months. The only thing is the top tray keeps cracking at the back teeth. Hoping when I switch to retainer only at night that this stops.”

“The aligners themselves seem to be working fine. I do however feel that there could be more customer support - especially at the beginning. The first few days-weeks were a bit difficult. Learning how to put the aligners in and take them out, and working out how to know when you are ready to move to the next set. I am sure that I could have emailed to ask these things, but to have someone actively check up without asking would have been great. Also please provide more than one "chewy". thanks”

“I am happy with the results they are better than they were,but I do think my front teeth are still a bit crooked, I noticed it just recently when I was on a cruise & had lots of photos taken .”

“I had a good experience with Ezsmile but I still feel disappointed that afew of my teeth did not become as straight as I thought it would be having me to result in having to go to an Orthodontist after paying for the Ezsmile treatment. Other than that I had prompt replies whenever I had questions needed to be answered throughout my treatment. Thanks”

“Process was so easy! I got my impression kit during a sale which saved me 70% off my kit. Took my impressions & sent them back & received my plan shortly after. I chose to use the payment plan which was a simple monthly direct debit. Although my final result fell slightly short of my desired outcome due to placement of my teeth, EzSmile waived my final instalment as they couldn’t meet the 100% result. Very happy with the product & prompt communication from EzSmile. Thanks for a great product at a great price!”
