The qality is horrficial bad to a point That I must write this review to raise my concern in regards to the recent purchase. The TEOM loft bed is came with incomplete parts, damadged parts and with lots of missing bolts and screws, The drawings on te instruction menu is incorrect with lots of errors. I am not satisfy with this purchaee,

Firstly thank you for the Bunk and Slide our Grandson loves them. When we got the bunk the service was fantastic. When I bought the slide on 18/11/2023 I didn't get any communication from Ezspace. the slide was a Christmas present from us to him. I tried getting in touch numerous times and got no repsonse. The slide came late January.

When placing the order for an in stock item, the checkout page had a delivery time of 2-6 business days. In reality this turned out to be over three weeks. The quoted delivery time was only for 'the last mile' service. In my case they met their delivery timeframes. The TEOM sofa bed itself isn't worth the $1,000 paid. It looks okay, but the fabric isn't taut and the frame is made from low grade metal. The documentation provides no information regarding weight limits. Given it is meant to be a double bed, one would expect a minimum of 150kg. For a childs sofa, the seating surface is way too deep, even for a 'average' adult. The ratcheting mechanism for the back has an uncomfortable angle when upright. The other annoyance with the back mechanism is if you move it too far forward, you need to lay it flat first before trying again. The instructions are inaccurate and the first page has references to loft beds. The brackets for the sofa have sharp corners and the slots are considerably larger than the diameter of the provided bolts. One of the mounts for plastic feet was bent. I suspect that the material around the mounts will fray rahter quickly. I bent it back, but it was way too easy in my opinion. The only means of communicating with EzSpace is initially via chat. If you are lucky, you will receive an email that you can reply to for follow ups. They appear to have two email addresses, admin@ezspace.com.au and products@ezspace.com.au. I have only used the former. However, don't expect any meaningful correspondence. The general response is to reference their vague and contradictory terms and conditions.

The logistics and delivery process was completely unacceptable. The product arrive more than 2 months late

I ordered TEOM bunk Maxi on 16th Aug 2023 and waited until 24th Jan 2024. Now I am waiting for a refund which will take 18 working days!! I would never buy from EzSpace and they should be punished for misguiding people.

Pieces don't fit properly. Bed isn't made to last. Would give a 0 if it let me. Don't waste your money

Great design - terrible production and support. The bed had missing parts, production damage, missing holes, and incorrect fittings. I've been going back and forth with support for weeks. There was a fundamental floor with the bolts provided being too big for the trundle bed to fit under the loft bed. The steps don't fit flush, and are wobbly and dangerous.

The wrong pieces were sent to us. We contacted EzSpace about the issue as soon as it became apparent that the size and shape of the pieces did not match the instructions to make the wardrobe. Weeks pass with more excuses requiring us to spend many many hours photographing and measuring pieces so we could prove it was the wrong product. I would not recommend purchasing product from this company to anyone.

Worse customer service IV ever come across. Manual instructions and drawings for putting the bed together is useless. No one can understand it. You have to figure out your self how to put it together. One part was incorrectly put into the pack and I sent pictures three times. But you keep on telling me that there is another part in the pack that will fit. Nonsense if their is only one thin piece of wood in the pack how can I make a mistake and change it around with another when it doesn't exist. I DON'T recommend this product to any one who doesn't have a handy man to put it together. It took me 2 days to put everything together. Quality of this product isn't the best as well. Until today I still haven't received an apology or been sent the right part for the bed. Ohh nearly forgot to say that it will take 4 months to receive this product, even though they lie and say on the website that it's available...

Surprised to being asked to review at this time when issues have still not been resolved with the furniture supply. Broken packaging, mislabelled items, and product setup guides that are different and incorrect. Missing holes, holes at wrong heights. Your company can not still advise a time I can expect to receive the missing hardware to allow the assembly of the double desk system as reported just that it will ship when available. I am at the point of taking this to the Dept of Fair Trading and NCAT.

Sent out the parts for the Teom double desk without any fittings to install. After numerous emails explaining what I needed, EzSpace sent another package out claiming to be the missing fittings. Instead received more duplicate parts that I already had, no fittings. After many more numerous emails, photos and explanation and REFUSING to talk on the phone to clear up a very simple matter I finally received the missing fittings after a number of weeks. Extremely poor customer service. Extremely poor understanding of the product. Extremely poor problem solving ability. Extremely poor communication. Money is better spent elsewhere.

We received our bed and mattress delivery and so many parts were missing. The booklet that explained how to set up the bed was completely incorrect with part numbers incorrectly labelled. The entire process from ordering, waiting 3 months for delivery for then the product to be damage and missing pieces and then a complete disaster to install was a nightmare. Won't be purchasing from this place every again and would recommend people avoid.

Not happy with this bed, the instructions were not clear, there were pieces that I could not install without creating holes that were on the instructions but not in the item. The ladder could not be properly screwed into the bed as the brackets were bent too far outwards to make it into the wood. The support is terrible and the pieces the mattress lays on were extremely weak(cannot even have a normal size adult sit on it without it bending/creaking), likely it won't be long until it breaks. For the price I am extremely unhappy, not only with the bed but with the Mattress also, poor quality, extremely thin/flimsy. Will never shop with EzSpace again.

The product is of very poor quality. Parts didn't fit as required. Instructions where incorrect. Delivery was poorly organised.
