I have not received my order!! I have had not heard from took in over 3 weeks on that matter! My order, 1st you charge me and tell me you have sent my originally ordered mattress which never arrived… then you tell me you made a mistake and it’s not a available but you have an alternative mattress which is a available…. This also doesn’t arrive.. the tracking number u gave me doesn’t exist… and you says it’s a systems error!!! I have your bed frame which is unusable without a mattress!!! If I don’t get this mattress I want a refund on both! Absolutely terrible service!!! I’m still waiting!!!!

Poor customer service, order wall bed & matress in October& didn't receive it until February. Allied express took over 2 weeks to deliver despite constant phone calls to find out where it was (tracking information said it had been delivered twice, but was not!) Then deliveredonly part of the order. Now have the bed but can't put it together as no accessories kit was included so back to square 1!! avoid at all cost!

If I could give - stars, I would. The product we received is not according to the description on the website, communication is slow and avoiding addressing the issues. Took it up with Fair Trade, now moving on to ANCAT. Never, ever deal with EzSpace.

Waited over 7 months for a mattress for our wall bed. Wall bed arrived with cabinetry damage not packed well enough and rough courier. Told mattress was on its way, then told lost in transit then told it has been reordered and then told lost in transit again. Lies after lies. I was going to order two wall beds with mattresses glad I didn't. Never received the mattress, offered a refund, I bought a mattress locally As I had overseas visitors with no bed to sleep in. Delivered in 5 days. Basically it has been a nightmare. I wouldn't buy a nut and bolt from ez space they are an absolute nightmare of a company in my opinion, this is my personal experience. Putting the bed together was challenging. The video online didn't represent The bed I was putting together. The gas struts didn't line up with the mounting axles which was a challenge to alter. Fortunately I have a mechanical trade and was able to solve the issue, not sure how a non handy person would have achieved putting this together. All in all a nightmare of about 80 emails back and forth can't actually speak on the phone with anyone. Hence if I could have given zero stars I would have.

Do not buy anything from EzSpace. Product terrible, a pull out wardrobe which has wheels but too heavy to pull, terrible design, the picture on the website has been photo shot and the wheel have been removed. Tried contacting them a number of times but they continue to ignore me. Stay well clear.

Ordered MO loft 24/11/24, delivered with one box missing. “Talking to team to resolve”- still no resolution, unable to assemble bed. Misty boxes arrived with damage, very disappointed.

missing parts for my need to be functional. No customer service, or contact number to call, No one is responding to emails to gain a resolution. Worst experience I've every had with a service

Despite many emails back and forth I have still not recieved my item. Provided tracking details but courier has no record of collection. Initially was having return emails, now have not hear for 2 weeks.

I paid an extra $50 for the "in-stock" price to get faster deliver. A month later, I'm still waiting for the goods to arrive. I've asked numerous times to be refunded the extra $50 dollars as it seems the item definitely wasn't in stock when I ordered it. I've discovered today that while the refund has been approved, EZ Space has cancelled the original order and placed a new pre-order which will apparently take 8 weeks. My previous experience with EZ Space was a good one, but this one's been awful, and it seems it will be months before it's over.

Very unhappy. Weeks of waiting for product to arrive, zero activity on the tracking number, email enquiry was replied to by a bot with zero followup despite further email enquiries. Now they send me a review request and say the product has been delivered. Can't recommend you, EzSpace. Where is my matteress.

Terrible experience. Took 2months for order to arrive. When it arrived, 1 piece was broken and 1 piece was missing. Have spent the last 4 weeks trying to organise replacement parts, support keeps saying it’s ordered and ready to leave warehouse and will check with courier company. Courier company have no record of order. Same response from support each time, we will investigate and get back to you. They never do.

I placed my order in July, it's now end of October and still have not received anything. EZSpace will not give me a refund as they claim they have dispatched the products, however the courier company claim they have not received all the items consigned them to deliver and due to your failure to respond to them, they have returned what packages they received. No-one can tell me where my products are and I'm being told if I wish to cancel, I will lose money. This is possibly the worst buying experience I have ever had.

Whilst the ordering process and customer service has been great the rest of the process has been a nightmare. I ordered the Nobu wall bed with desk and latex mattress. Unsure what happened but apparently they "lost" my order somewhere. EzSpace sent me a tracking number that didn't work and the next thing I knew the courier company advised it was being delivered that day. No warning from EzSpace. It was finally delivered on 12 September with several boxes torn. It was so heavy I was unable to carry it into my apartment and had to bring in help from neighbours. If you live alone beware b/c the parts are too heavy for one person. I was so excited and arranged for a professional to assemble the bed for me at a cost of $600 plus GST. During assembly it was discovered that the bed they sent was incorrect - I ordered a vertical and they sent a horizontal bed. So since 16 September I have a room full of EzSpace parts and no idea when the correct parts will be delivered. They are saying early October but that could mean any time. They are yet to agree to pay for the installer to come out a second time due to their delivery error so let's see how that plays out. I'm so disappointed as the reviews for these guys was really good. The saving grace in all this has been the customer service team. They have responded quickly although they have no power over any decisions like getting the payment for the second installation, but they are polite and quick to respond.

Customer service has got to be the worst! For an online only company, they sure seem to have way too much red tape and "other departments" to deal with for every interaction. The Customer Support team seem completely powerless.

Delivery was slow, communication terrible. Their returns policy does not meet Australian Consumer Law standards, they are a terrible company. Avoid!
