“The bunk bed is sturdy, well-made, and looks great. There was a delay in shipping, which was a bit frustrating, but customer service was responsive and kept me updated. Once it arrived, assembly was easy, and the quality was worth the wait. Overall, a good experience!”

“The wall bed is great, and the customer service was helpful. But delivery man dropped it off in front of the carport without notifying us or ringing the bell, even though we were home. This was quite inconvenient.”

“The online customer service team responded quickly, and the product quality is outstanding. However, it would have been better if the delivery had arrived on time for my son's birthday. There were minor damages on many panels, but once we installed the bed, they became invisible, so we didn't pursue replacements.”

“Customer service was top notch, no faults there. Unfortunately the shipping company seemed to be a little careless in transport. Looks like the boxes were walked all over resulting in minor damage to the product. I was hoping for better quality of materials given the price point, the product is just laminated chipboard, it does damage easily there are a few scratches already. Assembly was relatively straightforward, there were a few instances where we improvised as the instructions were flat out wrong or we didn't fancy building the shelving for the desk prior to slotting it into place as it would have been quite heavy to do so. But overall all it is a nice piece of solid furniture and I would still recommend it, it is better than most flat pack furniture out there.”

“Love the latex mattress. Perfect for my Japanese style platform bed. I debated between a futon and latex mattress and the latex won. I had slept on latex mattress when young and remembered how comfortable it was.”

“Service and information was very good. Would have liked to see the bed working and assembled but you have no showroom. In saying that’s the pictures on your website were good. Showed how it worked but assembly instructions that came with the product leaves a lot to be desired. (See comments about the bed).”

“We purchased theNobu horizontal wall bed and mattress. We're extremely pleased with the assembled product quality and space saving practicality. However, the instructions require major improvements as they include only 8 steps in what is undoubtedly a very complex build. We are very experienced in working with flat packs but found the instructions minimalist which meant the build was extremely time consuming ( despite having four people working on it.) Now the bed and desk are completed it's a very solid piece of attractive and practical furniture in our home office! No regrets!”

“I'm impressed with the bunk's design and how well it functions. Their customer service is also impeccable. However, I find the installation process to be challenging. It's difficult to distinguish between some of the panels, making it hard for me to determine which is which. I hope this aspect will be improved in future iterations. Overall great product and helpful staff.”

The only thing keeping my rating from 5 stars is some confusion and delay regarding shipping times, but these were relatively minor.”

“Easy purchase, short delivery time and I would buy from the site again. BUT - we had issues with the delivery partner. I received a message they were coming so we stayed home all day - then it didn't arrive. I had to chase them, as the tracking log said it had been delivered! The response I got was that they needed an extra trailer piece and that it would be delivery in a few days. I was informed I would get a phone call to let me know when this would be. The next day I got home to find a pallet of boxes in front of our roller door - with broken edges - in the rain!!”

“This product came on a pallet and I live on the second floor, courier had to unpack and deliver separately. I wasn't made aware that it was being delivered on that day, lucky I was home when delivered. The instructions didn't match the way the pieces were marked but after a while, we figured it out. That added extra time to the assembly. With the cupboard, there were two different types of hinges but no mention in the instructions. The brackets for attaching to the wall make the upper cupboard unbalanced so we had to move the brackets inside the bed cupboard. The mattress slips down in the cupboard even with the safety straps attached.”

“it is a great sturdy product, I am really happy with the product, I did not see that it was an EU Double bed and I purchased regular mattress so I definitley recommend buying the mattress from the company, i was very happy with the delivery cost, just the delivery driver got the address wrong but on the actual product it had the right and it was across the street so all good just a miscommunication I was not mad at all he just put it back on the truck and bought it over , I would buy more products from this company very happy”

“Really happy with the bed suite and although a lot to put together, it’s worth it for the end product. For your future reference, a number of the pieces were incorrectly numbered however we were able to work it out through a bit of trial and error and comparing back to the manual. One thing we would suggest you think about/would be helpful, is to know which pieces are in which box; we received boxes 1 through to 6 but sometimes the items we needed were difficult to locate in which box. This could have been exacerbated by the fact that some of the pieces were numbered incorrectly. Anyway, something to think about.”
