Quick to reply to email but not always with a solution. Constantly told issues with shipping were escalated. Shipping tracking never worked but the item did come. Mattress was faulty and not single bed size. They sent another but haven't recieved it yet. Happy to update the review once an appropriate item arrives. Fingers crossed.

Not all my delivery arrived on time, resulting in the onus on the customer to chase up and do the leg work to prove it hasn’t arrived resulting in my child sleeping on a mattress in the front room for nearly a month. Customer service is poor with reluctance to provide a phone number to speak to anyone. One piece of the bed is also delicate in that the veneer has peeled off a little in transit.

Hello, This bed was delivered last week. I carefully stored the boxes in my halway. As we opened the boxes for assembly we discovered some damage. The white pannel on the front - most staines wipped off, but it has a dent on the top & a bit of laminate missing with some faint scratches on some pieces. I have emailed Anju EzSpace Support, Order number#3189, & still waiting on an agreed refund amount. I look forward to a reply.

Got the product delivered but key components are missing to allow assembly. There is no number to contact am I am left in a room full of bits with no means of assembly.

We had the worst service from the delivery guy who was incredibly rude and abrupt. My daughter loves the bed which is a relief, however, it was a nightmare to put to together and i got a professional to do it as i did not even attempt to do it. even after getting some with heaps of experience putting together flat packs, it is very shaky and i don't think i can keep the bed for as long as i had initially thought, i am 65kg and i dont feel safe climbing the bed at all. I had read reviews of grown boys going on it but i would not sleep on it. Changing linen is an absolutely horrendous:(

Received bar stools and one of the stalls has faulty/defective base the part that bolts to chair that has the handle to adjust the height up and down. I have emailed and sent photos of the part and still waiting for part.

The company has some innovative designs and the product materials seem solid, but the instruction manuals need a lot of improvement and the numbering of parts made much clearer.

So far not so good. I asked a question pre order which was answered incorrectly. We ordered the Nobu wall bed; it came with paper and you tube video instructions which unfortunately contradict each other at times and also start halfway through the process. Lastly and most importantly we have a problem with the hinge mechanism; we have reached out to ezspace with no response.

While the actual wall bed itself is a good product, I also had a top-shelf unit that had one of the main panels cracked in transit, crack was more than cosmetic as it appeared to extend halfway through the panel. The instructions that came with the products did not match the product and the pictures on the website of the storage unit did not match what I got. While there is a message on the website, that I did not initially see at the point of order that says that pictures may not match the product accurately, I can understand some differences in small details but not an entirely different product. The same picture appeared in my order summary email and surely you can expect that the picture in an order summary email would match what you are actually getting (and there was no disclaimer in the email). You guys really need to manage your website better and have more accurate representations of what I am getting, its very misleading, especially in an order confirmation email and the disclaimer really doesn't cut it I have been to and fro with customer support for over 2 weeks trying to get a replacement and they finally advise me that they actually had no top storage (the product in my order summary picture) units in stock. I then opted to just get a refund on the top shelf unit as I was not satisfied with not getting the product I thought I ordered and it's just taking too long to get a resolution. The refund is currently outstanding as your customer service team is awaiting advice on what refund to offer me as it was part of a combo, I would like whatever refund I get to take into account the inconvenience of the whole situation.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Not sure what to say. The packages were all dumped out in the open. They were ripped at the ends and one in the middle. I didn’t take photos I just got on with it. And after multiple trips to Bunnings I have now got the bed built. It took me a whole day as Bunnings is an hour round trip each time Really disapointing

Delivery has been terrible. You really need to provide official feedback to them as their communications and service has been very poor. They don't even have a phone number to contact them to try and sort out issues, I have to wait for email responses which take too long to respond to. I invite you to investigate further - Order #2046, Border Express #ILSR29784228 Your product seems good although lead time is very long.

The instructions received with the bed (and the same ones that were emailed to me) did not match the pieces supplied. The drawers for all pieces were different and there were no instructions for the keyboard holder. Many of the holes for the drawer runners did not line up either and despite having the drawer runners for the desk as far back as possible, the drawers do not fit under the desk so it can't slide all the way under the bed.

Instructions didn’t match woodwork accurately and some holes shown in instructions weren’t even on the bed we ordered so we had to guess where to put drawers runners and table latch to pull it out etc. customer service was very unhelpful.

Really hard to assemble. Some holes were not in the right places in the planks, and needed to drill new holes. Took two guys >10hours to put together. Eventually the structure was completed and felt solid. For the price one pays, it could have come with better instructions. Ie. labelling the planks individually.
