Order has taken 3 months longer than first stated to arrive. When it did arrive it had some damages to the frame. The installation instructions were so poor almost useless in fact. I would say it is virtually impossible to install for a non tradesman.

HI, I have recieved part of my order but have still not received the mattress. I have not had a chance to build the bed yet so can not leave a comment on quality etc.

Please ensure that you open and check your shipment immediately as their T&C specifies they will only accept returns or details of missing items within 3 days of receipt. We had to wait for an installer which was way past the 3 days as the delivery was way past the original due date.

Nice product but we have had issues with Poor instructions Poor delivery company with some damage noted Poor fit and durability of some of the parts (stepladder)

All parts aren’t numbered and the video does not show all steps it jumps ahead and hard to follow the hard copy instructions aren’t detailed enough

I googled a set of bunk beds with a slide for my children and it came up with the TOEM Bunk beds. I read the description and it said what was not included (mattresses, linen and decorations) so after seeing the slide in the photos, I assumed it was included. it wasn't until we set the bunk beds up that we realised it wasn't included even though it was shown in the photos. It wasn't until we scoured the website that we found a bundle pack that still didn't include the slide? then I searched the slide separately and found it for $600. The website needs to be clearer for consumers and easier to navigate so that we know what is included and what is not included.

The bed and cabinetry look good and strong enough. The delay in receiving the package was too long: over a month. The documentation for mounting the bed was inaccurate, making the process a bit hard.

Unfortunately the wall bed is missing key parts and one part is faulty. Discovered this during the installation on Sunday and still waiting for a response from product team four days later. So I can’t review the product. My experience so far has been poor and although I planned to purchase the loft bed, I don’t think I’ll buy from EzSpace. I will say the support response was fast but unfortunately not helpful. Will see how we go…

Nice organised design. However putting it together was a nightmare. The numbers on the pieces dont match the numbers in instructions. Doing the ladder on the other side was difficult because they've just mirrored it to the left. So the holes dont match up. Ger a builder. It took almost 2 weeks to do

There is no issue with the quality of the product or the beautiful colour we have chosen, however, the instalment instructions could be better - they are tiny and difficult to read. Plus, the instructions we received and the instructions on the website are different (different screw sizes in several of the diagrams). In addition, the front white panel we received had pre-drilled holes in the wrong place and we are now waiting on this to be replaced. So, I am disappointed in the overall assembly process and now waiting for the new panel to be sent.

The estimated arrival time was much longer than advertised. However it Is appreciated COVID probably impacted. We have received the delivery, but cannot put together and use item. It appears that we have missing sections of the bed. Assembly instructions were not the greatest to work from, consuming my time to learn in a. Do anything with pieces missing.

Service was excellent. The bed itself is great. But I was provided with parts that were the wrong size, including the boards for the base which were way too big. And there were also parts missing, such as bolts and nuts.

The assembling instruction is not enough to understand it straight away. Then some of instruction isn't correct. For more exact images and correct instruction, you had better put them on the manual in the box.

Hi there, it is difficult to communicate with you since you don't have a phone number. I wanted to buy a wall bed but decided to go somewhere else as I did not get the answers from you. Being able to speak with someone provides more reassurance and is quicker.

Had alot of issues with the delivery company (I know it's not ezspace, but this was not an easy part to deal with). One box had no labelled parts and the instructions for the drawers didn't match the materials supplied, but I know my way around furniture kits so was able to assemble with only a few issues. The overall bed is amazing, however I cannot put the desk under the bed as it's 0.8mm too wide 🙄 😫 we bought it because it was supposed to slide in, but other than that, amazing bed!

Extremely slow delivery..... took around 4 months to get our order The quality is just OK, does the job but the finishes are a bit dodgy.
