"This product came on a pallet and I live on the second floor, courier had to unpack and deliver separately. I wasn't made aware that it was being delivered on that day, lucky I was home when delivered.\r\nThe instructions didn't match the way the pieces were marked but after a while, we figured it out. That added extra time to the assembly. With the cupboard, there were two different types of hinges but no mention in the instructions. The brackets for attaching to the wall make the upper cupboard unbalanced so we had to move the brackets inside the bed cupboard. The mattress slips down in the cupboard even with the safety straps attached."
