A faulty sofa (the recline function did not work) was delivered to my eldery parents house. My parents told the private delivery company that they did not want the sofa. The delivery company told my parents that that was not possible. My parents spoke to Lila at Fabb Furniture in the Watford Branch and they effectively forced my parents to have a repair. They pushed this option onto my parents even though they asked for a refund. I have spoken to the Manager at Fabb Furniture Watford branch (Russell) today who was very unsympathetic and unhelpful. He said that my parents have now accepted a repair and are not entitled to a refund unless the item cannot be repaired. So now we, like many other customers it seems, are in limbo waiting on a repair. From the reviews of other customers I think could take a long time. Fabb Furniture head office is also incorrectly telling us that the Consumer Rights Act prevents them from giving us a refund once a repair has started. I doubt that legislation prevents a company from affording more rights to an indiviudal - I am sure this is simply just Fabb Furniture's company policy but yet again they are giving inaccurate information to customers. Extremely poor aftercare services. Have been on the phone this morning for 35 minutes trying to get an update on the repair. Don't buy from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We bought a 3 piece suite from them and all went well until there was a problem with the leather on a chair Customer service is dire, rude and all they want to do is fob you off and don’t care what you have to say They charge you £72 to get someone to come and look at the problem( it actually costs them £30 so they are profiting again from you !) Peeling of the leather is NOT a manufacturing problem according to them It’s your fault because your body exudes oils Sorry but all humans do that My chair is less than 2 years old Their lifetime’ guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on Their insurance that we paid nearly £200 for so that we would be covered for any problems or damage by body fluids pets etc etc ( but not peeling leather on the headrest that is our fault) Just don’t believe them at the point of sale In fact do not go into their shop if you expect good customer service and sales people who tell the truth My application against the insurance was refused as it was not an ‘accident’ but it is not a ‘manufacturer failure’ either So much for the sales lady saying ‘you will be covered for anything’ We have paid independently to have it done ….. The customer service are unhelpful and rude and even though I put in a complaint about the service I received they have not had the good manners to answer KEEP WELL AWAY Post Script The pads on both chair seats are not standing up to us sitting on them and need for us to pay again for them to be repaired as I don’t want to deal with ‘customer’ service again

If I could give them a zero star I would. Paid cash for 3 items and they promised early delivery’. It’s been over 4 weeks and no courtesy of sending a messsge or call to explain why. I had to go to their office and requested that since they were suffering delays the one item that was now in their store be delivered while I wait for the tier two delayed items and they had the audacity to say I’d have to pay for that to be delivered. I wanted all my money back but they claim it’s non refundable . Never again will I buy from such an unprofessional entity .

DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM FAB! Recliner Broke in Less than 3 Years – ! I am FURIOUS with this settee! After just 3.5 years, the recliner has completely broken down. For what I paid, I expected durability, but this thing is built with cheap, flimsy parts that clearly weren’t made to last. First, it started creaking, then the reclining mechanism began to stick, and now it’s totally unusable. This is NOT normal wear and tear – this is simply bad manufacturing! They cut corners with low-quality parts, and now I'm stuck with a worthless piece of furniture. If you’re looking for something that will actually last, steer clear of FAB furniture! This company clearly doesn’t care about quality or its customers. They promise life time warranty, it's a blatant LIE. When you ring they charge you £75 for a "Furniture Specialist" to come and asses your furniture in which they conveniently say it's wear and tear even though the settee as a whole is manufactured terribly. Dealing with this company’s complaints department is a complete nightmare! It's painfully obvious they don’t care about solving issues – their only goal is to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. They showed zero empathy or willingness to help. Instead of offering a solution, they just repeated rehearsed lines and they dodge accountability at every turn and make you feel like a bother rather than a valued customer. Honestly, if you’re trying to get something resolved, good luck! FAB furniture are an absolute joke – they’ve perfected the art of avoiding responsibility. I will never buy another piece of furniture from hear again. Stay well clear!!

We told the salesperson that we didn't currently have a sofa and were concerned by the possible wait times. We were assured that our sofa will be with us in "less than 6 weeks, usually 5" so we decided to wait. 6 weeks later and I am now told that I will have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery(!!) because their vans are full. I made a complaint about being lied to but all I got from head office was "We're sorry you had that experience". They can definitely get that sofa to us sooner but it's just not cost effective for them so they're refusing to help. After spending £2000 I would hope that they'd be more helpful, but they just don't care. Avoid using this company!!

Bought a sofa from here 2.5 years ago, sold with lifetime guarantee. Looked after the sofa well but over time the black leather beading coating has come off leaving a light brown colour in large patches where the sofa is used the most leaving us with a sofa that will need replacing soon. Called Fabb who said this is only covered for 2 years so won’t help. Poor customer service.

We purchased a corner sofa from the Fabb Furniture Swindon branch April 2023, sales staff very helpful, delivery on time. After 6 months we found the cushions had become very soft and uncomfortable, we contacted Fabb Furniture and they arranged for a consultant, from another company, to check the problem out. The consultant agreed there was a problem with the cushions and arranged for new cushions to be delivered, he confirmed the sofa base was in good order and manufactured correctly. The new cushions arrived 3 weeks later, within another 6 months they started to sink, we moved the cushions around but each cushion has sunk in the middle, so we again contacted Fabb Furniture and again another consultant arrived to check the sofa out. He agreed there was a problem and said he would arrange for a stronger cushion interior, he spent a lot of time sitting in his vehicle writing a report - we assume! A few days later we received a text from Fabb Furniture to say there was nothing further they could do and our case was closed. We contacted them again but they refused to discuss the situation further, we are now speaking to an independent company about the matter. I would not recommend Fabb Furniture to a friend, best to avoid.

We paid £2,000 for a corner sofa. After 23 days of having it, I made contact to advise some of the cushions were insufficiently filled (there is no filling on the edges or corners) they also have “toppers” and the cushions aren’t reversible. A technician was sent out… I had to wait 3 weeks for next appointment. He made adjustments to the side of the sofa to stop the creaking, and changed around the cushions… When the report from him was sent it states I was happy… and there is no issue with the sofa and it’s made to manufacturers specifications!!!! It’s getting worse daily, arches my back, bottom sinks in it. I have emailed them many times to be told “nothing they are going to do as made to specification. I currently wait contact from a manager as requested for my complaint to be escalated. After this it will be the ombudsman. This company does NOT CARE. Happy to take your money and then nothing. Had a look on gov website for them… few changes of ownership. I wish I had read reviews before partying with our money. Absolutely disgusting lack of care, 0 customer service. Told them many times I’m entitled to a refund, 23 days we had the sofa and I contacted them. Customer consumer goods act 2015… not interested and they don’t care.

Please avoid this company at all costs!!!! Received the couch, immediately I noticed the faults I reported them, they also caused damaged to my property which they refused to take responsibility. The couch arrived with too many damages which has caused injuries to my toes and my nephews leg.. contacted this company 2 days after the couch was delivered and I have been contacting them almost everyday to get it rectified, I told them I wanted my money back as I was within the 14 days guarantee I was informed that the 14 days had run out but how? The case handler prolonged contacting me to ensure the 14 days run out however I was calling almost everyday stating I would like to cancel and the item should be collected as nothing was being resolved. When I initially placed my order I did it through the sales manager Ruth who was happy to take my calls everyday when the couch was in production, when I requested to speak to her today I was informed she doesn’t take calls. This company has been trying to fob me off. The couch delivered, the injuries and the damages caused to my property has affected me mentally and currently I have not been able to go back to work as I am so depressed, waiting for next week to start a court case. Please DO NOT purchase from this company, take ur money elsewhere.

I am delighted with my corner sofa from Fabb Sofas! It arrived on time, was delivered by knowledgable well mannered staff who put it together and in place making sure I was happy. The main point of course is that I love it and it looks amazing in my new extension. I may be asking for commission though because a couple of my visitors are hotfooting it up to Edinburgh to look for the same range. Good price too as sale was on. Yep! Delighted!

Having seen an ad on TV, I went to the Watford branch to have a look at the sofas. First of all I was very impressed with the showroom and the polite and curtious service that was given to me. The quality of the products is impressive and I fell in love with one style instantly and ordered there and then. When I returned home I was concerned if the sofa would go up the staircase and when I called back the manager Michael and also Moez arranged for a team to come to my house to check if the sofa would fit. They have all been fantastic and I also ordered an armchair and matching footstool as well and my daughter has already made a choice for her own home. I am very happy!!
