“We paid £2,000 for a corner sofa. After 23 days of having it, I made contact to advise some of the cushions were insufficiently filled (there is no filling on the edges or corners) they also have “toppers” and the cushions aren’t reversible.
A technician was sent out… I had to wait 3 weeks for next appointment.
He made adjustments to the side of the sofa to stop the creaking, and changed around the cushions…
When the report from him was sent it states I was happy… and there is no issue with the sofa and it’s made to manufacturers specifications!!!!
It’s getting worse daily, arches my back, bottom sinks in it.
I have emailed them many times to be told “nothing they are going to do as made to specification.
I currently wait contact from a manager as requested for my complaint to be escalated. After this it will be the ombudsman.
This company does NOT CARE. Happy to take your money and then nothing.
Had a look on gov website for them… few changes of ownership.
I wish I had read reviews before partying with our money.

Told them many times I’m entitled to a refund, 23 days we had the sofa and I contacted them.

“Please avoid this company at all costs!!!! Received the couch, immediately I noticed the faults I reported them, they also caused damaged to my property which they refused to take responsibility. The couch arrived with too many damages which has caused injuries to my toes and my nephews leg.. contacted this company 2 days after the couch was delivered and I have been contacting them almost everyday to get it rectified, I told them I wanted my money back as I was within the 14 days guarantee I was informed that the 14 days had run out but how? The case handler prolonged contacting me to ensure the 14 days run out however I was calling almost everyday stating I would like to cancel and the item should be collected as nothing was being resolved. When I initially placed my order I did it through the sales manager Ruth who was happy to take my calls everyday when the couch was in production, when I requested to speak to her today I was informed she doesn’t take calls. This company has been trying to fob me off. The couch delivered, the injuries and the damages caused to my property has affected me mentally and currently I have not been able to go back to work as I am so depressed, waiting for next week to start a court case. Please DO NOT purchase from this company, take ur money elsewhere.”
“I am delighted with my corner sofa from Fabb Sofas! It arrived on time, was delivered by knowledgable well mannered staff who put it together and in place making sure I was happy. The main point of course is that I love it and it looks amazing in my new extension. I may be asking for commission though because a couple of my visitors are hotfooting it up to Edinburgh to look for the same range. Good price too as sale was on. Yep! Delighted!”

I was very impressed with the showroom and the polite and curtious service that was given
to me. The quality of the products is impressive and I fell in love with one style instantly and
ordered there and then. When I returned home I was concerned if the sofa would go up the
staircase and when I called back the manager Michael and also Moez arranged for a team to
come to my house to check if the sofa would fit. They have all been fantastic and I also ordered an armchair and matching footstool as well and my daughter has already made a choice for her own home. I am very happy!!”
