AVOID AVOID AVOID I have been sent a photo of my drawing and omg it's awful it doesn't even look like the people . I had 4 people drawn and all 4 looks bad I am so disappointed!!! I keep messaging them on Facebook and writing on their posts they are just ignoring me... I just want my 72 pound back.. This was suppose to be a Christmas present and no way can I give it as a present its just horrible I am so mad what alot of money to loose. Please do not go with this company!!! I hope I get my refund !!! So disappointed and mad.....

I ordered a picture of my parents with their grandchildren. When they sent me the digital copy it was appalling, I refused it saying I didn't want any ammendments and just a refund. I asked for a refund after I researched the company some more and discovered 100s of people who have been ripped off. They say they will do ammendments then dont and just send the original the customer then doesn't have a leg to stand on as they have the goods. I emailed 7 times stating I didn't want ammendments and a refund then opened a pay pal claim only to be told as it was personal goods my transaction wasn't covered by pay pal so no refund. I am now furious especially since I recieved the crappy picture today. I will be taking this further and wont stop until I get a refund. Avoid this company, the customer service is shocking and they seem to be getting away with ripping people off.

Awful customer service. I paid £300 for a family photo. Requested one of the peoples faces to be redrawn as the eyes were scrunched up. After several messages, over two months the only response provided was they were looking into it however never actually came back with an update. Now I am pursuing a formal complaint under the consumer act and will be making a legal claim. I would never use this company again.

Awful customer service! I paid for a picture and asked for a characeture, which I did not get ...I got a realistic drawing instead which was unbelievably poor ...to the point that people asked me if I had drawn this myself!! I messaged them about this, they have seen the messaged and ignored me entirely. I would not recommend this place at all. This is false advertisement and a complete waste of money!!

if i could leave 0 i would been waiting over a month now and am blatenly being ignored i am not happy ended up paying £48 for a portrait i can not chase up

I could give 0 star I would! Would never ever recommend anyone use this company. I paid for a portrait of my daughter who passed in December and another of my mother holding her as she never got the chance. They made my mother and daughter look ridiculous.... Surfice to say I was really upset and this was supposed to be a gift for mothers day. I messaged to say I was unhappy and asked them to amend it, to which they refused and said it looked fine, so I asked for a refund and they then said they would refer to amend it and I would have to wait a further 7 working days, 9 working days later I received a message saying they would not amend it. Again I asked for a refund, and I have been ignored. I did try to claim back via PayPal but was told due to the nature of what I have ordered, it can not be refunded. It is disgraceful that they can provide such poor work and still be paid and get away with keeping the money. I am still being ignored and have been so upset how they made my daughter and mother look on the drawings..... Please do not even consider using this company, they don't have an ounce of talent between them, a load of rubbish and the worst customer service. You may as well flush your money down the toilet.

On 9th December my sister ordered from the Facebook advertisement Facedoodled. She ordered a sketched picture of my Late nan, my daughter and my nephew for my mum as a Christmas present. They have advertised it to be £30 on their website, my sister paid ALOT more than this!!! She received the picture on 10th January (a very late Christmas present lol) and the picture was shocking (they’ve made my daughter look like a monkey) 😂😂. My sister has sent 5 emails and 4 months worth of Facebook messages and they have ignored her or just given blunt messages back. I had a look into some reviews on Trustpilot of this company and what I found was actually shocking!!!!!! They are doing this to so many people and just getting away with it. I replied to one comment my sister left on their Facebook wall and my comment got blocked! They delete any negative reviews and block people who have anything negative to say so that their company looks outstanding. I can laugh about the picture because it’s actually a joke but it’s the fact these people are just getting away with it. Four months later they still have not given my sister any money back and they have not sent out a new picture. PLEASE look at reviews before ordering from company’s like this, my sister thought they were legit because they were an advertisement on Facebook and their pictures looked decent but they are only going to show you what they want to show you. I’m sure they will report this comment or block me 👍🏻

This company is a perfect example of terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a drawing, which I wasn't happy with he likeness of in the first draft. After trying once to redo (it looked the same after the second draft) they starting ignoring me. They ignored me until I offered to pay more to get it edited with a new photo, then they sent me a payment link within seconds. This was a mothers day gift and so it was important I had it by mothers day. The new edit, for which I paid additionally, took 2 weeks longer than they said it would and whenever I chased I was told they couldn't get a hold of the artist. No timeline, no guarantee it would be sent via next day post once it was done (even though I offered to pay extra for this too!). 2 weeks past the date my product was meant to ready I complained and asked for a refund and I was told no with no explanation as to why. I tried to contact the company by phone (they don't answer), by email (they don't answer) and by web chat (they don't answer). The only means of contact is Facebook messenger and you can only talk to a person who claims they can't get hold of anyone with any decision making power and they are (in their own words) just a 'social media minion' and would help if they could. My friend commented on the page asking i'd had good service and when I explained that I was still waiting for my drawing FaceDoodled deleted both of our messages and blocked my friend from their page with no explanation. I've had to fight Paypal for a refund and since I won that I've heard nothing from FaceDoodled so I assume I'd still be awaiting for my drawing months on with no explanation had I not fought for a refund from Paypal. Terrible service, shoddy professionalism and daylight robbery considering I paid £81 and received nothing but the stress of chasing daily with no explanation! AVOID!!!!

Appalling service ! Waited 48 days for a personalised drawing for my brothers wedding gift. They told me 10-15 days. Contacted facedoodled numerous of times to be lied to continuously. They only sent my picture because i opened up a claim with Paypal! Then i was sent a photo copy of the picture not even the original. I paid £80 for a personalised picture not a photocopy. Not only that it was 3 weeks past my brothers wedding and i even had the date put on the picture! They are a waste of time! They ignore you, They lie to you, they dodge any questions that need answering! I have never dealt with anyone quite like this!! They are out to do one thing and that is rip people off!!!!!! Stay Clear!!!! Waste of Time !!! Will never ever order from this appalling company again.
