Awful customer service. I paid £300 for a family photo. Requested one of the peoples faces to be redrawn as the eyes were scrunched up.
After several messages, over two months the only response provided was they were looking into it however never actually came back with an update.
Now I am pursuing a formal complaint under the consumer act and will be making a legal claim. I would never use this company again.
