“Awful customer service they don't care if you like the drawing they just want your money.Disgusting company my drawing of my deceased father looked like a cartoon so disrespectful didn't change it wanted more money from me horrible people!!”

“I am truly disgusted I have been contacted on multiple occasions about a picture that was drawn for me. I didn't feel it represented my late partner (13/12/2019) and myself the only picture I have if him. I wanted something to put up in my bedroom as a keep sake after alterations to the drawing I still was not happy with it. So kindly asked if I could have a refund. I was told this was possible and would have to go through their portal. Its now been over 4 months of asking for a refund on many occasions only fir me to log in today to be told I cant have one...absolutely disgusting telling me over and over in the last months that i can to now I cant. £47 For Nothing !!!!”

“As much as the drawing is amazing however yet to see the drawing infront of me only seen the preview. The service is AWFUL. There is no such thing as customer services I spent weeks every single day sending dozens of messages and no one would reply no one seems to.talk to each other or even read what you have said properly. If you are happy to wait months for your drawing with 0 communication unless you try to keep messaging which is so stressful. Apparently there system went down which then delayed my drawing even more and hasn't turned up when I needed it to they offer 0 compensation all I asked was could you please offer as next day delivery and the answer was the option we have is just giving you the digital copy paying u bk the £12 and u go and print it. Thing was I had 0 time to go and get it printed. They don't want to help is lies upon more lies tbh its a joke complete scam”

“Awful service !!! Disgusting customer service they don’t get back to you, they won’t refund or re do the picture they badly done ... they only allow good reviews on there site so you can’t actually review on it ... there’s more to it then meets the eye !! Fraud company don’t ever use them!!!”

“Not great.i just had to go with the third drawing they came back with.to be fair they were all terrible but I was done bothering.absolute waste of ninety pounds&they will NOT refund.they need to realise these pictures could be of someones loved one whose passed on so they shouldn't be getting eggy if it's not up to customer satisfaction.....AVOID”

“If I could give no stars I would! I wanted a picture of my late uncle and myself, they said they could draw it.. took ages and when I did get it it was horrendous!! Straight away I expressed how much it had upset me and asked for a refund because seeing a image like that hurt! They have ignored me and fobbed me off more times than anything no sincerity nothing!! Absolutely discusting! They take your money and run...AVOID!!”

“DON’T BUY FROM HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM!!! £123 PAID ON THE 24TH OCTOBER AND STILL NOT RECEIVED MY PRINT. ALL BECAUSE I REFUSED THE DRAWING AS THE PICTURE OF ME LOOKS NOTHING LIKE ME. ALL MY FRIENDS AGREED. YOU COMPLAIN THEN THE COMPANY TREAT YOU LIKE RUBISH!! COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL (I’M JUST A MINION) MY BROTHER PASSED AWAY 12TH SEPTEMBER THIS YEAR A WEEK BEFORE HIS 39TH BIRTHDAY. I HAVE ADVISED ON MANY OCCASIONS THAT I AM STILL GRIEVING AND WAS BUYING THIS FOR A GIFT AND THE COMPANY COULDN’T CARE LESS. WISH I CHECKED TRUSTPILOT NOW. DON’T BUY FROM THEM 🙌🏻”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID I have been sent a photo of my drawing and omg it's awful it doesn't even look like the people . I had 4 people drawn and all 4 looks bad I am so disappointed!!! I keep messaging them on Facebook and writing on their posts they are just ignoring me... I just want my 72 pound back.. This was suppose to be a Christmas present and no way can I give it as a present its just horrible I am so mad what alot of money to loose. Please do not go with this company!!! I hope I get my refund !!! So disappointed and mad.....”

“I ordered a picture of my parents with their grandchildren. When they sent me the digital copy it was appalling, I refused it saying I didn't want any ammendments and just a refund. I asked for a refund after I researched the company some more and discovered 100s of people who have been ripped off. They say they will do ammendments then dont and just send the original the customer then doesn't have a leg to stand on as they have the goods. I emailed 7 times stating I didn't want ammendments and a refund then opened a pay pal claim only to be told as it was personal goods my transaction wasn't covered by pay pal so no refund. I am now furious especially since I recieved the crappy picture today. I will be taking this further and wont stop until I get a refund. Avoid this company, the customer service is shocking and they seem to be getting away with ripping people off.”

“Awful customer service. I paid £300 for a family photo. Requested one of the peoples faces to be redrawn as the eyes were scrunched up. After several messages, over two months the only response provided was they were looking into it however never actually came back with an update. Now I am pursuing a formal complaint under the consumer act and will be making a legal claim. I would never use this company again.”

“Awful customer service! I paid for a picture and asked for a characeture, which I did not get ...I got a realistic drawing instead which was unbelievably poor ...to the point that people asked me if I had drawn this myself!! I messaged them about this, they have seen the messaged and ignored me entirely. I would not recommend this place at all. This is false advertisement and a complete waste of money!!”
