I am truly disgusted I have been contacted on multiple occasions about a picture that was drawn for me. I didn't feel it represented my late partner (13/12/2019) and myself the only picture I have if him. I wanted something to put up in my bedroom as a keep sake after alterations to the drawing I still was not happy with it. So kindly asked if I could have a refund. I was told this was possible and would have to go through their portal. Its now been over 4 months of asking for a refund on many occasions only fir me to log in today to be told I cant have one...absolutely disgusting telling me over and over in the last months that i can to now I cant. £47 For Nothing !!!!
