As much as the drawing is amazing however yet to see the drawing infront of me only seen the preview. The service is AWFUL. There is no such thing as customer services I spent weeks every single day sending dozens of messages and no one would reply no one seems to.talk to each other or even read what you have said properly. If you are happy to wait months for your drawing with 0 communication unless you try to keep messaging which is so stressful. Apparently there system went down which then delayed my drawing even more and hasn't turned up when I needed it to they offer 0 compensation all I asked was could you please offer as next day delivery and the answer was the option we have is just giving you the digital copy paying u bk the £12 and u go and print it. Thing was I had 0 time to go and get it printed. They don't want to help is lies upon more lies tbh its a joke complete scam
