“I had to return the shoes I bought online during lockdown. I didnt have the actual invoice just a copy of the email I was sent saying thank you for your purchase that also had the details of the shoes and the price I paid. The lady in the store (possibly the manager) asked if I had the actual invoice but I said I never received it. She was a bit abrupt and didnt believe me so she just put the refund through quite annoyed and dismissive and kept cutting me off when I spoke which was disappointing as I like the products you have.”

“Fast shipping, well packed, great price, shoes were gorgeous and in perfect condition however one of the shoes I got is missing a hole the holes punched in the strap go on an angle to the side and off so I can't do them up the exact same and will need to punch my own hole in so hopefully I can do that without making the strap look unattractive. The size also ran very large. I'm a size 9 to 9.5 in everything, including all other heels I've ever had. Size 9 was way too big even with the straps done up my ankles are falling out of the shoe. Because I didn't take them out of the box so long the return window closed and now I'm stuck with them and not sure if I will even attempt to wear them.”
“I have purchased from FF before and cannot fault their quick and reliable service. Unfortunately this pair of sandals I cannot wear, despite being brand new. They leave a bright orange stain on the soles of my feet and no doubt its an orange dye that has been sprayed on by the Chinese manufacturer. V disappointed with this purchase.”
