“The car was waiting on our arrival at Kerikeri Airport. We were greeted by a pleasnt young lady who produced an invoice which included a bank charge presumming it would be paid by Visa. This sum was paid, but when we realised that it was a visa charge and not necessary for a a cheque account we returned and sought a refund. Although the young lady could not correct the situation immediately we received a refund before we returned the car 11 days later. More training would seem appropriate.”
