“From the first, using the app to arrange the rental, to changing the time frame due to flight scheduling changes, to picking up the car and returning it, the ease, curtisy and car performance was easy and professional. I highly recommend Far North car rental.”

“The car was waiting on our arrival at Kerikeri Airport. We were greeted by a pleasnt young lady who produced an invoice which included a bank charge presumming it would be paid by Visa. This sum was paid, but when we realised that it was a visa charge and not necessary for a a cheque account we returned and sought a refund. Although the young lady could not correct the situation immediately we received a refund before we returned the car 11 days later. More training would seem appropriate.”
