Today I went into the store to collect what I needed. Clearly a served by a different person.
Very nearly walked out. Thankfully I knew exactly what I wanted otherwise they almost certainly would have lost my business.
Very unfriendly vibe. Don't appreciate snooty people who look down their noses at others. Makes me laugh because you actually have no idea who you are serving.....I imagine if I was wearing my designer clothes and driving my Range rover the service might have been better. Tut tut..... Still paid the same amount for my paint though.”
“I have been into F&B Wilmslow a few times and always received first class service and advice. However, I went in over the weekend, the usual assistant wasn't in so served by a different assistant. I was after colour advice.... I had to repeat myself quite a few times as she was clearly not taking notice of my request, she was more interested in looking at other customers who came through the door. I did not receive good customer service, sadly this lady did not do F&B proud. sorry”
