Same as previous comments below. Not friendly, not interested in their customers. Very poor Interaction with customers. The sign of the door explains 1 in 1 out (can be a couple) how ever there was a family of 3 and another couple in the showroom! That’s breaking their rules!! Very confusing. Love going to the show room but not today. Will not visiting the Wilmslow showroom again. They do not represent the quality of Farrow and Ball. Very poor.

I had placed an order online and when i called to find out why they were closed I was put through to the Manchester office as Wilmslow had suffered a roof collapse. I said that I wanted a refund as I had found the paint elsewhere and was told I would have to wait for Wilmslow to reopen. Disgusting, rude person and appalling customer service.

This was my second visit. This time experiencing an awful customer service and a rude and unfriendly behavior of the blonde clerk answering the door. I asked if it’s possible to get sample pots but she did not really listen...just shook her head and pointed to a telephone number on the door saying something about ordering over the phone. She wanted to quickly get rid of me as there was another customer behind me. I decided on a little Greene paint now! Will not buy from this shop again.

The most rude and obnoxious lady served me today, I wont be returning, I'd rather go to B&Q. She might think she is better than everybody else but at the end of the day she just sells paint. Awful woman.

Good and bad ! Been in before and the customer service had been very good. Today was in twice - first experience was very abrupt - after standing waiting to be served under new restrictions where the available lady at the till was not helpful nor clear what you could do and the advice was pretty non existent, rude and rushed. Made up later by a very pleasant and helpful customer service representative - what a pity that a bad experience from one individual takes away from those that really want to help ! Hence the overall poor rating. Seems like a common thread....

The store is huge but they're only allowing one person in at a time. They have always been offhand and rude in this store but they now surpass themselves. They don't answer the phone even though they prefer click & collect. They also seem to relish the queue of people outside in the rain, smirking at each other and tutting at customers. I'd rather buy from B&Q but they don't stock enough colours and I buy a lot of F&B paint as I refurbish furniture. Need to up their game!

Whilst i realise we are in unprecedented times, this does not allow for the rudeness of the shop assistant i encountered this morning. On the stroke of 10 am i was met at the door (remained closed) by said assistant who rolled her eyes at me and pointed to a very small sign on the door saying something about ordering over the phone and then picking the paint up later. I tried to explain through the closed door that i just wanted one tin of paint (quick 2 minute transaction). Nope, company policy, you have to ring up. Fair enough i suppose but i was not forwarned of this on the website. My gripe though is the rolling of the eyes and general off handidness, maybe it’s because i’m a working class decorator who didn’t have any Armani overalls on. I won’t be back.

We made a special journey specifically to visit F&B as we were undecided on paint colours. We were discussing options when a very rude assistant approached us. She didn’t discuss or advise just took away the samples we were still discussing and waited at the till with match pots. It wasn’t late or busy but we felt very unvalued as customers. A very unpleasant experience I would not want to repeat.

Customer service is appalling on the phone, called to get some advise and check availability but was told they are too busy that they should call the head office. One of the staff has a real chip on her shoulders.

Visited store to select sample paint pots. Member of staff was v rude and extremely unhelpful. I had interrupted her browsing her iPad for personal shopping. When I asked for information about new colours she actually walked away from me whilst I was still talking to her. Amazed the store is still open if this is the level of service customers receive.
