“I paid for microsoft software and was not able to download the product onto my computer. Product key code did not work. Customer service was terrible. I asked for a refund and was denied. Terrible service, dishonest company, total fraud! Stay away from any purchases or services! Scam!”

“FRAUD COMPANY I PAID WITH AMAZON PAY THE KEY FOR THE DOWNLOAD DOESN'T EXIST. I TOOK MY PC TO A LOCAL SPECIALIST AND THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THIS IS A MALICIOUS DOWN LOAD & NO MATTER WHAT THE KEY WOULD NOT WORK I HAVE CONTACTED AMAZON PAY WHO ARE SAYING NO REFUND FOR ME DOWNLOADS ARE NOT COVERED IN A-Z GUARANTEE.I WILL NOW GET INTOUCH WITH BBC WATCHDOG AND TRADING STANDARD GET THIS CLOSED DOWN”

“Fraud,Microsoft customer service this third party seller is fraud and selling a pre-installed software...no wonder they not responding to your support help request. Their website looks so real and their product are cheap but their customer service doesn’t respond with integrity. Don’t waste your money or you’ll be very disappointed.”

“I ordered Microsoft Office 2019 (Home & Student) for MAC and like other reviewers stated, I also got a message that my key code wasn't valid. I spent hours troubleshooting the problem. I emailed Fast Software for help (never heard back) and then emailed again, requesting a refund, and again, never heard back from them. I ended up buying directly from Microsoft, which is what I should have done in the first place!”

“I bought a bunch of 11 MS Office 2019 Pro Plus from this company. 6 were bad but the company sent 6 replacements. Of those 6, 3 are now bad- won't install- and the company's website is dead in the water. If you are reading this, FastSoftware, please get me 3 more keys. Order # 90817...”

“I bought Microsoft Office 2019 from Fast Software and it never worked. The download went through but I could not activate it with the license that they provided. I was told by Microsoft that they have received many complaints from people who bought their products from Fast Software. After spending several hours on the phone with Microsoft, hey advised me to get a request a refund from them. My request has gone unanswered. DO NOT buy from this company.”

“This is a scam. I installed the software and attempted to activate the licence code provided. It did not work. I was told by FastSoftware to try again and still failed. I was then told to provide a screenshot of the display on my Microsoft account which I did - it showed that the licence provider needed to re-activate the licence. FastSoftware told me to re-install once again but it failed again. I asked for a refund but they refused. This is a scam, beware.”

“Bought Office for a Mac. It worked for about 9-10 months. Once it quit working I tried to get Jack to help us. He tried but couldn't. Still trying to get a refund.”

“I received a 25 alphanumeric key from Fast Software for MS Office but when I downloaded and tried to run it, MS sent me an error message saying the key was "Invalid." Contacting Fast Software was slow, tedious, and of no value - no 800 number. I use MS Office professionally and this has been a nightmare. I asked for a refund but nothing so far. VERY BAD experience.”

“Had a problem like all others and called the number provided. An Indian man solved the problem and then sold me McAfee Security Plan. That cost an additional $200. A few months later he called back and said my computer was being hacked and told he was my technician. I ran the security and it showed no problems. So I told him it was okay. Since then he calls almost daily, sometimes 5 times a day from different phone numbers. So beware they helper may want to scam you into buying and bugging you!!”

“I could not use Office for Mac software. After checking with Microsoft, it turns out that Fast Software have sent me a Windows key for the Mac software I ordered. The order email clearly shows I bought Office for Mac, but they have issued the wrong key. I cannot get hold of support on the phone (it just says they are unavailable at the moment and to send an email). I have also tried their chat service - I've now been waiting over half an hour without any response. Absolutely abysmal service!”
