“I bought Microsoft Office 2019 from Fast Software and it never worked. The download went through but I could not activate it with the license that they provided. I was told by Microsoft that they have received many complaints from people who bought their products from Fast Software. After spending several hours on the phone with Microsoft, hey advised me to get a request a refund from them. My request has gone unanswered. DO NOT buy from this company.”

If this is listed under your Microsoft account and you have been able to download, this will have been successfully added to your accound by Microsoft. In most cases issues like this can be caused by compatibility issues, previous office versions, and/or recent computer updates. “This is a scam. I installed the software and attempted to activate the licence code provided. It did not work. I was told by FastSoftware to try again and still failed. I was then told to provide a screenshot of the display on my Microsoft account which I did - it showed that the licence provider needed to re-activate the licence. FastSoftware told me to re-install once again but it failed again. I asked for a refund but they refused. This is a scam, beware.”

“Bought Office for a Mac. It worked for about 9-10 months. Once it quit working I tried to get Jack to help us. He tried but couldn't. Still trying to get a refund.”

“I received a 25 alphanumeric key from Fast Software for MS Office but when I downloaded and tried to run it, MS sent me an error message saying the key was "Invalid." Contacting Fast Software was slow, tedious, and of no value - no 800 number. I use MS Office professionally and this has been a nightmare. I asked for a refund but nothing so far. VERY BAD experience.”

“Had a problem like all others and called the number provided. An Indian man solved the problem and then sold me McAfee Security Plan. That cost an additional $200. A few months later he called back and said my computer was being hacked and told he was my technician. I ran the security and it showed no problems. So I told him it was okay. Since then he calls almost daily, sometimes 5 times a day from different phone numbers. So beware they helper may want to scam you into buying and bugging you!!”

“I could not use Office for Mac software. After checking with Microsoft, it turns out that Fast Software have sent me a Windows key for the Mac software I ordered. The order email clearly shows I bought Office for Mac, but they have issued the wrong key. I cannot get hold of support on the phone (it just says they are unavailable at the moment and to send an email). I have also tried their chat service - I've now been waiting over half an hour without any response. Absolutely abysmal service!”

“BUYER BEWARE this company is a scam. I purchased Microsoft Office download $30. I thought it was legit because of the star rating. Don't be fooled! First I never received their email, nor received any code, no contact from them at all. When I made a bad review on Trust Pilot they responded with a LIE and said they show that I received their code and downloaded it. Seriously! Why in the world would I complain if I got what I paid for?? I should have known Price was too good...its a scam.”

“The license for the Mac software I purchased was for PC windows, not Mac. This was confirmed by Microsoft tech-support. I tried to contact through the FastSoftware Contact link to see if they wanted to provide the correct software license but the email came back as undeliverable. Had to dispute the charge thru my credit card company.”

“This is not a legit company. Didn't deliver what I ordered, couldn't provide a working activation code. Tried to gain remote access to my computer. Attempted to have me download a 3.3 MB .img file of malware. I finally disputed their charge on my credit card to get my money back. Stay away from this company. This "Jack Wood" customer service rep is a ruse.”

“Have purchased from them in the past and this last time was awful. Purchased Microsoft Office and downloaded it, went to activate it and it says the license key was already redeemed. I chatted and emailed requesting help with no response. I should have already been contacted to get this resolved and have not, and will be disputing any charges with my credit card company if it is not resolved.”

“It’s a fraudulent company. My key I purchased was invalid and blocked by Microsoft due to fraud. Do not believe the glowing reviews, they are fake. Look more carefully and you will see many reviews like mine.”
