“The Microsoft license app downloaded is giving hard time. Stays frozen and make me restart over and over the app. There’s a Microsoft technical issues threat not bein solved.”

“I spent time in a chat window with an idiot who had NO clue how to address the software issue I was facing. I ended up emailing support and received the same stupid answer I received from the person I was chatting with. BOTH solutions DID NOT work. FYI...I will NEVER purchase software from your site again. Additionally, I have blasted how POOR your tech support is and the INABILITY to assist a customer all over Facebook, Twitter and have blogged regarding how POOR the interaction was with Fast Software. Lastly, I figured out how to install Visio. Your Tech Support should be retrained!”
