“Have purchased from them in the past and this last time was awful. Purchased Microsoft Office and downloaded it, went to activate it and it says the license key was already redeemed. I chatted and emailed requesting help with no response. I should have already been contacted to get this resolved and have not, and will be disputing any charges with my credit card company if it is not resolved.”

“The software could not be activated. Microsoft tried to help but said it was defective and I should ask for a refund. My emails to Fast Software were unanswered”

“It’s a fraudulent company. My key I purchased was invalid and blocked by Microsoft due to fraud. Do not believe the glowing reviews, they are fake. Look more carefully and you will see many reviews like mine.”

“i was provided an OEM license key rather than a Retail key for MS Office 2019. almost 6 weeks later, i still do not have operational software.”

“It doesn't work, and Microsoft support has been "working" on the issue for almost 3 months!! Thankfully they have been giving me free access to Microsoft 360 otherwise I would be SOL.”

“I purchased a product key, it did not work. I sent proof of this to the company and asked for a working product key. The company flatly refused and said I should wipe the computer, reinstall windows (WHY? this is a brand new pc.. and HOW? I have no CD drive!). I queried this with Premier Computing Services and was advised that if the key is for the correct type of Windows 10 then it should work. I doubled checked and yes it was for the Home version. I asked for a refund or working key and was flatly told "we don't give refunds". I have had to raise a complaint via my credit card company to get my money back... Useless company.”

“I wrote to your customer service email and told them that I did not get my 10% off and was told they would take care of it and asked for my order number then I never heard from you again. Thanks, hoping you can fix this otherwise love your company!”

“I was sent 3 codes one after the other all 3 never worked, when I asked for a refund I was told because I entered the codes I couldn’t get a refund, take a bit of advice and spend the extra few quid and by the real thing, which I eventually did”

“I purchased the Microsoft office suite, but could not download. Attempted to call someone for service, but could not. Now, I'm out over a hundred bucks. I would steer clear of this organization as it is a 3rd part provider and practices deception in advertising who they are. Again, steer clear!”

“My product was never able to be used. I spent a good amount of time on the phone with Microsoft trying to get my office to work. In conclusion they told me to contact you. I sent an email and the only correspondence I received was this email asking for a review. Will not buy again or recommend anyone else to do so.”

“**FRAUD ALERT!** Fast Software is not a legit company. I have exchanged more than a half a dozen emails with Jack Wood at Fast Software. I have also reached out to their websites "chat" option on both the US and the UK site. Their UK phone number did not work. Their website claims to guarantee you a refund, or exchange if there is a problem. Yet I have requested a refund SIX times now over the last month. And now I CAN NOT get a response from them at all. I purchased a copy of the 2019 MICROSOFT OFFICE FOR MAC. The key I received originally told me to download Office 365. Not what I purchased. When asked I was told it was because I already had that on my system. (I didn't). After 4 tries, I reached out to Microsoft to see how to remove this non-existent 365 subscription to download my software. They confirmed I did not have 365. Reached out to Fast Software again. They gave me a different link, this led me to be able to confirm the validity of the software, but it was not a US Region One version. It asked me to choose a country in Indonesia to register it under. I asked Microsoft what I was doing wrong. I never knew there were different regional software codes etc. Microsoft told me not to install it as it could lead to problems with the software down the line. Explained this to Fast Software and requested a refund. Was told the software code worked fine just download it. I said I wouldn't. I got the exact same form letter again saying it worked fine to download it. All I want is a refund for a product I cannot use. *Guarantee* - All purchases are covered and protected by our money back guarantee if your purchased software is unable to be activated or does not remain activated you have the right to either a full refund or a replacement. “I ordered MS Office for Mac 2016 three days ago and i still do not have it. the link brought up a 'greyed -out' picture of Office so i could not click on it. AND A picture of some transfer program. i finally clicked on it and it quickly showed a bunch of things. i have sent dozens of notes to Jack wood at fast software to no avail. I sent copy of my 'receipt' from company and copy of purchase from my bank. mostly, I get a type of service request from them that has a number. the first message from them was --they could not find order or email from me --- i sent it. immediately i need Office for my work..i'm having panic attacks. oooo i tried calling them but got message 'that number not in service' I gave them my number. Oh, the reason it would not download from Apple was that it was not an authorized distributor.”

“Purchased Microsoft Office for MAC. Received key code. Opened Microsoft account and received error and wouldn't download. Indicated you may need to go to another site for download. Microsoft tech tried to reach out to FastSoftware....no response. I tried to reach Fast Software...no response”

“This company is not to be trusted. If you have a problem you will be lucky to get help. If you discover the software you bought will not work with your particular system, then you will likely not get a refund. If you do it will be due to the fact that you were blackmailed into deleting your reviews firsthand. BUT even then you do not get the promised refund. Plus they try to dispute your review for bogus reasons just to try and get it totally removed. To all prospective buyers: Be cautious. Explore carefully, other avenues for your solution before choosing Fast Software.”

“I downloaded the software and the Microsoft word program had a glitch where it would not allow me to use an entire tab that is very necessary. I asked for a different copy which they sent and the same thing happened. I asked for a refund via email and have never heard back”
