“I downloaded the software and the Microsoft word program had a glitch where it would not allow me to use an entire tab that is very necessary. I asked for a different copy which they sent and the same thing happened. I asked for a refund via email and have never heard back”

“Help! I recently purchased Visio Prof 2019. A great program for my work as a architect. Suddenly on a new day to work with the program, a major part of the program did not show up anymore in the program. I could not enter the Shape menu anymore. It vanished out of the program. I tried to solve the issue via the communication with other Visio users on the internet. There was not a solution.”

“I've never received the link and when I contacted the company they said to check my junk folder. Needles to say, it wasn't there. I will never buy from this company, plus I want my money back.”

“Beware of the low prices. My software download included a bitcoin mining trojan malware that fortunately my antivirus software prevented from loading. I immediaely requested a refund the same day and no response from Fast Software. Buy from them only if you want to throw money away.”

“Order Office Home and Business. Was given Office Pro Plus. Did not install, asked for refund, kept being told I was given a "free" upgrade to Pro Plus even though I said many times i did not want Pro Plus. Refused to refund, or give software that was purchased. Run from this seller while you can.”

“I could not download your Microsoft Office 2016, after many hours of trying. I wrote to a Jack Woods in your US office wit=th very little response. He finally stopped replying to my requests. I asked for a refund and that's when he stopped replying. I will notofy my Capital One credit card company and will open a complaint unless I receive my full refund.”

“Bought Microsoft software from this company and NEVER recieved it. Tried “chatting” with an employee and they were absolutely no help. Told me to email their help line. I emailed twice with no response. Contacted my credit card company to despute the charges. Don’t waste your time or money”

“I spent time in a chat window with an idiot who had NO clue how to address the software issue I was facing. I ended up emailing support and received the same stupid answer I received from the person I was chatting with. BOTH solutions DID NOT work. FYI...I will NEVER purchase software from your site again. Additionally, I have blasted how POOR your tech support is and the INABILITY to assist a customer all over Facebook, Twitter and have blogged regarding how POOR the interaction was with Fast Software. Lastly, I figured out how to install Visio. Your Tech Support should be retrained!”
