“The customer service is almost beyond belief. I was immediately able to order exactly what I wanted, John Deere casket, and it was delivered in perfect condition in record time. This experience was a bright spot in a very cloudy day. Thank you.”

“We lost my Dad very suddenly and had no idea where to even start looking for caskets. The mortuary had a beautiful pine casket, but it was almost $10k which was extremely outside of our budget. We found the Norwich Pine casket on your site and it was almost identical. But at a fraction of the cost. My Dad was always a frugal man, so we knew he would be happy to get a deal. We also found an embroidery for the casket which we ordered at a different time. The casket was delivered quickly - and even had the embroidery already installed. The delivery crew set it up beautifully at the mortuary...and they even took the packaging with them (we were told by the mortuary that we would need to discard any packaging). My family was overwhelmed by the amount of care given to us in such a time of need. Although we wish we never had to make such a purchase, we are thankful for this company and the quality of their product.”

“Beware this company has people working for them was very disrespectful and rude. Instead of helping families who are craving their love ones they have workers that are saying inappropriate things and trying to be funny by using slang marking people. Look at the reviews if you don’t believe me.”

“I buy Caskets for a Haunted House. This is the Third one. They always give me a great deal and the quality is there. Shipping is fast. This time Shipping took an unusual turn due to the airport giving the courier the wrong casket and I briefly ended up with a Casket with a Corps meant to go to a Funeral Home. It's an interesting story for another day, but to sum it up this Gentleman made it on time to his service.”

“This is the worst I have ever seen. A man that is scamming people who are grieving. We called and order a casket due to the fact it says no shipping cost to call, i told him the item I want and the price I saw. He send a doc to sign agreement to virage the credit for the amount we saw on the site. Then my sister saw a charge for 1000 more then we call him he said he is not in his office he call us back. Never call us back then I call back with my sister the man start talking about a bunch of other things he want to fight me then going ove the facts all this whole we are grieving our mother! Then he hung up without providing the details the of the charges. This is a scam don’t buy from this guy a BBB filling must be done on him. It is the last thing for someone to chose to scam people while they grieving for losing a family member.”

We review everything with the customer (including you) before anything else. The price is in bold on the document you signed with your initial less than and inch away. There is no scam here. You bought the casket, initialed confirming the price, and we shipped it out and delivered it. Coming back after the fact after you've used the casket seems unfair.

“We called Sky Caskets on a Tuesday evening after our appointment with the funeral home. There they had given us the option to order our own casket instead of paying their prices. So we came home, started searching and ended up calling in. Connected straight to Matthew I believe and he told us we had 30 mins to place the order and he would get it to us by Friday morning. Transfered the call to Colby I think for the payment and made it happen. It all seemed rushed and questionable especially with all the possible scams these days. Fortunately we have no complaints. The casket showed up on time with no dents or scratches and looked beautiful! They priced the same casket we received, at funeral home for over $5k. We paid less than $2300 shipping and all, to get it in the 48 hours we needed it by. But all in all WELL worth it. We were honestly a little skeptical at first but they called the funeral home the next day to confirm with them it was on the way. It arrived exactly when they said it would and it looked very nice. I will definitely recommend sky caskets to my friends and family in the future!”

“I guess I should believe it....exact same thing happened to me about a month ago as Jake's review. Everything Jake wrote is same for me. They called said truck leaving ten minutes and got to hurry sign contract for it to make it on the truck. Never mentioned on the phone what ship charges would be. On the invoice they sent it says $0 under ship charges but increased price on casket. I didn't know about the $1200.00 ship charge till I received my credit card statement. I called spoke to Joshua said same thing I signed contract. He said he would see about maybe a $300.00 refund should take about a week. It will be two weeks tomorrow no refund yet. I called Joshua today and when I told him I was going to do a review he starting telling me I am a negative person and kept saying it to me. That i live my life in the negative. So not only have they scammed $1200 for shipping now they are calling me names.....stay away from this company. Bad service all around...”

“Stay Away! This guy "Matthew" and his sidekick "Colby" are the two biggest douchebags that I have ever come across. You're already in a vulnerable position when you lose a loved one, but the predatory dealings one will encounter dealing with these two unprofessional a-holes is unfathomable. "Matthew" is not personable, just a motor mouth used car salesman type. He will tell you that you must hurry because the truck the coffin will ship on will be leaving in 10 minutes. (Just more BS lies.) Write down figures as he is talking, because they will getting inflated. Then before you even strike any deal they will want your billing info, then before you even sign the "E-doc" contract that they send you, they will start drawing funds from your account, they will try to draw multiple withdrawals. Then they will call you back and say hurry sign the contract, (If you tell them you want to read it, they will be like there is no time, The truck that should have left 10 minutes ago is now leaving in another 30 minutes. (MORE LIES) If you hesitate, he will start spewing bs of how they have sold 157,000 coffins nationwide. They will ask you what funeral home you are dealing with. And after a quick google search, he will say oh the one on (insert googled address here). Them he will say we ship to them all the time. Meanwhile most funeral homes have never heard of these goofballs. (Even more lies). And of course the whole time they will tell you you're going to save thousands. LOLOLOL. Actually the funeral home had the same casket i wanted and the FUNERAL HOME WAS ACTUALLY MUCH CHEAPER!!!! Meanwhile when I told "Mathew" I was not signing the contract, he continued to do his creepy pressure sales spiel. Then I said well I got a fraud alert from my bank. ( Meanwhile I did a goggle search, I saw the bad reviews). I then respond to the fraud alert and freeze my bank card. Then I said "You know what? Cancel any paper work you have started because I am not signing any contract. And you can return the money that you have been trying to withdraw from my bank". Because I just got a fraud alert about your company. Then Matthew starts yelling and says you know what I'll cancel your order but 'm keeping your money. And hangs up the phone. I then text that seeing we didn't conduct any business, he can return my money, or I can file fraud charges against his company. Then he calls me back and leaves a message to call him back. (He knew he was wrong and actually committing fraud). Needless to say, the bank returned my money to me. SO, BUYER BEWARE!!! Be smart and just stay away all together. You will find funeral homes are cheaper.”

“My family purchased a casket from Sky Caskets. When we initially spoke to Matthew he was very cordial and sympathetic. All was well until there was a discrepancy on their part. The same guy Matthew became very irate and belligerent, he had turned into a completely different person and became very difficult to talk to and unwilling to compromise. Not only was he rude and obnoxious, but to add to that, he hung up the phone on me. The moral is that he has a great sales pitch, but after he’s paid, you are dealing with the real him. I would not recommend this sight to anyone. If you go onto the site you will only see good reviews, that should tell you something.”
