“I don?t usually take the time to write a review especially Re:A Casket. But,this was a MUST! This was a ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL CASKET to say the least. I?m BEYOND SATISFIED with the custom casket that was made for my love one. EXACTLY the way as described. Colby followed every single instructions that was given to him. The company went above and beyond, for my love one. I have never seen so many people wanting to take videos/pics of a casket, until this one. I know that my love one is in heaven saying? mom, I?m pleased! I say all that to say that, on behalf of me, my family and my friends. We want to say A JOB WELL DONE!!! Thank you again, Mom”

“I wouldn't tell anyone nor referral anybody they totally suck at there job had a custom casket made and it looked like a child had put it together seriously broke my heart I had to customize it myself after paying them so much, so disappointed just robbing people!!!”

“Wonderful quick service. Even the girls at the funeral home were admiring what great quality it was. Smelled like a fresh pine. Mom would have loved it. It was just what she wanted.”

“The casket for my mother was the ultimate send-off. Even the priest took a picture of it. Our mother was always a trendsetter and did everything in style. We felt that the casket gave her the perfect ending to a wonderful life, well-lived. Thank you.”

“The loss of a loved one is the most challenging event in life. Planning a funeral is incredibly stressful, but SkyCaskets made it less stressful. I was highly skeptical that an online casket company could deliver high quality caskets at a great price and within three days, but SkyCaskets most certainly did. The casket was beautiful! It was delivered in two days and the customer service was great! I HIGHLY recommend!”

“We just Google searched purple caskets and came across this company Sky Caskets. At 1st it seemed too good to be true. The price and the whole process of buying a casket online made me skeptical to begin with but the funeral home was charging us almost 3 times what I paid at Sky Caskets. Instead of a generic funeral home casket I got one with a personal touch for our mother. Now let's talk about the whole buying process. I picked out the one i wanted and then called the number to order. I some how got the owners direct line and I must say Matt was soooo professional and very accommodating. He answered questions in great detail, explained the process start to finish and offered different options that fit my price range. The process went so smooth and so quickly and before I knew it, it was time to pay. I will be honest in my review when I say that I almost felt rushed into the decision which made me even more skeptical about the online buying process. I just did not want to get scammed. I tried to think about it from from a sales standpoint and Matt seemed very confident and assured us everything would go smoothly. I see why he is the owner because I felt confident and trusted his knowledge and expert advice. He even offered different payment options that allowed for flexibility throughout the process and that's what got my business. I signed all the documents online and he took the payment right there over the phone from my living room. I asked to do a split payment and he was accommodating with that too. I could compare the ease of buying from Sky Caskets to making a purchase on Amazon. I can tell you this was far from the traditional way of buying caskets but with technology the way it is, I feel like Matt has a cutting edge business and is doing a wonderful service. I received the review in my email a day before my expected delivery date and wanted to immediately give 5 starts but on the other hand I was reluctant to fill it out until I was sure the whole process went smooth. I ordered on a Friday and were scheduled to receive the delivery 3 days later on a Monday. I got the call at 9am Monday morning that the casket had arrived and I was astonished. I went to look at it to check and make sure we got the correct one and I was blown away. The casket was exactly as it looked online and was sooooo pretty. The inside was plush and it was embroidered on the inside lid with a luxurious pillow. I am sooooooo happy I took a chance and found a company like Sky Casket. I will forever highly recommend them to anyone who is going thru what I just went thru. Matt promised good service and he delivered way beyond my expectations so thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is the only thing that went as planned in the whole process of planning of the funeral. I would absolutely use them again in the future.”

“Actually, this rating is underrated... we were so, so pleased with the casket for our sons untimely death... he was only 33yrs old. So first, the shock & disbelief... then to the preparation and planning. I contacted Sky Caskets on Tuesday for a Saturday funeral and my son's casket was delivered 2hrs prior to the promised time frame, on Friday! Not only was the casket received on time, however, it was above and beyond my expectations. I truly cannot THANK Matthew and his team, for such an excellent product. Our family & friends will be talking about my son's funeral for years to come. Thank you, once again... for your service, your attention to detail, and your promised delivery WAS TOP-NOTCH and 2nd to none!! And because I am such a businesswoman, I would love to be your connect between my community and Sky Caskets. Just a thought.”

“Sky casket is a total scam. They are trying to steal money from grieving families. The man we spoke with kept calling back and harassing us on the day my mother died.”

“The man we talked to was extremely helpful at the beginning. We ordered the item, which he charged us 1k more than what was on the website and no itemized bill. When it arrived at the funeral home we were called to come look at it. When we got there there was clear damage and so we called the guy who swore to us 100% guarantee of the item. So we called him, he said it was "supposedly dented" and he would have to call us back. Calls us back and begins to tell us how he is not taking it back because some guy named Mike signed for it. I told him there was no one named Mike in our family and then told him that we wanted to return it. He said he wasn't taking it back and when pressed with the fine print on the order form saying we could return in for a shipping cost and a restock fee he hung up on us. He has not answered our calls since. Seems this is not a place that knows customer service at all, and to be so hostile on the phone when someone is grieving is about the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. Save yourself more heartache. Go to someone who knows how to work with families during this tragic time.”

“Colby did a great job in working with me, explaining the casket types, and reassuring us how the caskets are boxed, shipped, and checked prior to departure and upon arrival. It was a gorgeous casket at less than half the cost of what the funeral home would have provided.”

“With Covid variants looming on the horizon I felt the best decision for my 99 year old mother was to plan ahead. I couldn't afford the outrageous prices the funeral home was charging for caskets. Luckily Matthew answered my call and arranged for an affordable beautiful casket to be delivered to Mom's garage. Hopefully Mom will not need the casket for many years.”

“Casket looks exactly how I wanted....even better,! I cried soo hard when I saw finished casket but tears of joy. Thank you Sky Caskets for being understanding and accommodating during this difficult time. Matt & Colby were very kind and patient with my billing process ,and also gave me other beneficial financial information I had no clue about.
