“My heart always sinks a bit when I get my delivery email and see that fastway are the courier. I got a package from them on time a few weeks ago, and I remember being very surprised. But this week we're back to the usual, they're "encountering operation delays" apparently. I guess that beats the usual lie of " We tried to deliver your package".”

“I paid for delivery within 2 days as I ordered live plants. Fastways put the item out for delivery on the tracker but made no delivery attempt. They have now advised the package may not be delivered for another 48 hours- meaning I will receive the package 7 days after it was dispatched. They know the items will be dead at this point and have not even offered an apology. This is the worst delivery service in Ireland.”

“Terrible service. I got a text to say my package was in a shop 11 KM from my address, this during Level 5 Covid restrictions where we are limited to 5 KM Several weeks and texts later I finally got my delivery”

“Fast said they delivered my parcel all I got was the address label in my letterbox the courier just tore it of my parcel and kept it I cant even email the service to complain he must have wanted my washing powder for himself”

“The delivery driver phoned my partner's mobile and shouted down the phone "delivery!" Before she could even get a word out, she told the driver she would be down right away. She left the apartment straight away and hopped in the lift, before the lift even moved the delivery driver started buzzing the apartment phone which I answered. In the most rude aggressive and sassy tone he shouted down the apartment phone "delivery!" To which I simply responded "my partner is on her way down to you, I'll buzz you inside". When my partner exited the lift her parcel was laying on the floor and the driver had gone, there could have been any number of valuable items in the parcel and he just threw it on the floor and left, we didn't even have the chance to inspect the parcel before accepting it from him because he threw it on the floor and left. I phoned the driver to address this with him directly but he got so aggressive with me and threatened me going so far as the state that he "knows where I live" I sent a message to fastway and all they said was sorry for any "inconvenience" My personal safety in my home was threatened by your employee, that is more than an inconvenience. Terrible service. Terrible company. I will be avoiding any business that uses this delivery service.”

“Oh my god if I could give zero stars. My full and genuine address including eircode was not clear enough for them. They emailed me, I gave them my full address within 5 minutes. No reply. 2 days later the tracking still said address query so I sent it again, no reply. I contacted the company I was purchasing from who also passed on my address again to fastway. 4 days later I got a reply from Pamela in fastway, the first person who had contacted me, apologising for the delayed reply and informing me my package had been returned to sender. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They are morons!!!!!!”

“I wish I could give 0 stars, They are the worse courier service in Ireland. Ordered 2 packages from Smyth's both went return to sender. Eircode and number on order didn't bother their backside delivering. we don't live in a rural area. No way of contacting them to what's going on or try fix the issue. Every order I have had with them has always had a problem.”

“Rudest driver come to my house. First rang me and wouldn't take my postcode and then arrived at the door saying we put the wrong address and that we are in the wrong place. No good. Wouldn't even give a star.”

“SENT PARCEL TO CUSTOMER VAGUE TRACK AND TRACE INFORMATION NO CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER, CLICK AND GET AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE FROM ROBOT ON THEIR WEBSITE SOMEONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 48HRS, NO GOOD TO ANYONE IN BUSINESS IN THIS DAY & AGE”

“So furious with Fastway. They never used my eir code which was provided but used coordinates instead and delivered my parcel to a house 3 miles away. I only found out when I contacted the company I bought from. Not good enough Fastway”

“ordered a part from an Irish company in Donegal instead of my usual UK one they shipped the part on the 15/01/21 and said I would have it on the 18/01/21 we are closing now at 4.45 on the 19/01/21 and it still hasn't been delivered. they don't have a phone number or an email address and there on line help need a lot of help I think the staff manning it are special and not I a good way, I have told this Irish company that unless they can find a better courier I will never order another part from them, Rubbish service and no customer service don't ever use this company”

“Dumped my goods at the wrong address and then refused to take responsibility for the mess, refering me back to the sender. At this stage, if you cant find someone via a full address, eircode and a phone number just in case, then its clear you dont care regardless. 10th rate, amateur service. Avoid.”

“Extremely bad service. Someone's package was delivered to my house there was two labels on the package one from a parcel I was waiting from but it wasn't my package it was another persons. Still waiting a week for someone to pick up the person's package they left at my house after mulitlpe requests to pick it up what's worst is I've asked 4-5 times where my package is and the customer service agents keeps ignoring this part of my message or not responding. Customer service not acknowledging your package is missing is unbelievably ignorant. Do not use this service if your sending parcels to family, friends or if your a small business who can't afford to replace missing packages because you won't even get an response from the company.”

“I live in an apartment block and I noticed that Fastway couriers leave the parcels in a common Area, on the floor, in front of the post boxes where a random person can take it! FastWay couriers- don’t be lazy! Come back if we are not home and can’t collect the parcel. We pay for your service!”
