“Absolutely terrible, how this inept excuse for a courier service is still operating, constantly delivering parcels to addresses to mystery areas, no customer service and 3 times in a month I've had parcels lost and they refuse to take responsibility, I've started cancelling orders now if I see they're using fastway”

“Possibly the worst delivery service in Ireland, should be called Castaway Any time I have been waiting on a parcel from these cowboys I get constant emails to let me know they've attempted to deliver it despite zero attempts to actually deliver it (I work from home so I would know if someone had actually tried to deliver) Always an issue, have never had a single transaction with Fastway that hasn't required time and energy from me on following up with them”

“Absolutely awful. I will not reorder from companies that use them. They have left parcels in a post office 10k away. They throw parcels over the wall and drive away - no notice, no message. Have found deliveries soaking wet after several days. Terrible service and very hard to contact to ask for any help.”

“Frequently say parcel has been delivered when it has not. Impossible to deal with. Zero importance placed on customer care. Can companies please use alternative professional couriers. Fastway are damaging your reputations”

“This company are horrendous two days in a row parcels left on door step no knock or bell ring to let you know they are there no email to say they were delivered so I could go out and get them so they could have been stolen and then you have no comeback because they will tell you they were delivered please tell your drivers to knock or ring people's doors so we can retrieve our goods.”

“This company regularly don't bother bringing parcels to the address listed on the orders. They just dump them in a local shop. All my neighbours are sick of this Incompetent service. I've closed accounts with retailers who uses them. Very poor service.”

“Fastway couriers are stating that they deliver 3 parcels to me on separate days. BUT I have received NOTHING. I have raised complains but no response. No customer service and no responsibility on the lost parcels. Shocking service”

“Absolutely terrible. Fastway couriers delivered my parcel to the wrong address and subsequently blamed me for a service and job THEY are paid to provide! Someone from the company (perhaps a driver, not sure) then contacted me and rudely accused me of inputting the address incorrectly, which perplexed me as I was 100% sure I had not in fact done that. He told me it was my responsibility to present at the incorrect address and retreive the parcel myself!!! After explaining that both of my kids were ill and I could not do that nor was it my responsibility to do his job, this Fastway employee continued to talk at me rudely for approximately 10 minutes. I retrieved all my order receipts, which confirmed that I had in fact entered the correct delivery details at the time of purchase (the ONLY time I had had to enter them). I then contacted the retail company from which I had purchased the items, and Fastway customer care, attaching all the documents which proved that this mistake had nothing to do with me. The retail company promptly responded the next day, apologised and confirmed that they are currently investigating the poor courier service I experienced. Fastway customer care, on the other hand, has yet to respond! Speaks volumes. Do not use this service. Absolutely disgraceful.”

“Absolutely worst delivery service in ireland they decided to deliver the package to a different house and said nothing just got an email saying it's been delivered, rang the driver he lied to me about delivering it. He just signed for the package himself and left it at another house. Customer service is by email they never replied luckily the kind people who it was delivered to dropped it off to my address, I will never buy from any company who uses fastway again.”
