“You actually left my delivery in the recycling bin, it's lucky I had to put them out tonight and I checked them. The item is fragile and easy to break and it says it on the package but you still put it out in -6c temperature. How hard is it for you to press my video doorbell just to let me know you delivered it. This isn't the first time it happened, many times with other deliveries. If there was a way to not have this company deliver anything to my house again I would choose it.”

“The worst courier company in ireland, i have never received anything on time, I will try an avoid companies that deal with fastwat from now on. How can a company be so bad and do nothing to fix it, they are nearly impossible to contact. Package sitting with them weeks now and not moved.”

“None of this is true as the reciver I did sign of? Website was extremely hard to navigate to make a complaint, did my own research and saw that a large number of people have the same problem with fastway. People dread having it for shipping and I know know why . Was told on new years that they couldnt ship the product, on the same day they said it's otw? Terrible.”

“VERY BAD SERVICE BE AWARE OF FAST WAY BEING THEFTS I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered an expensive gift, expecting it to arrive on time, but it got lost in the depot of Fast Way. Despite being an urgent delivery for a special occasion, the item has not arrived, and there has been no clear explanation or assistance from customer service. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a substantial amount of money only to have a valuable item go missing without any resolution. This has completely ruined the surprise and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I won’t be using Fast Way again for any future deliveries.”

“I always have a problem with this company. Or they deliver it to the neighbours, or at the door without attempting to check if is there anybody at home. Today, I'm at home and I'm waiting for my parcel and I received an email that the parcel couldn't be delivered because there is no one at home. I think because is raining and the driver is lazy to do it! The company doesn't have a customer service, customer email or whatever!!!!”

“Try to avoid this company at all costs, christmas present not delivered but marked that is was delivered with signature. Not responding in customer services, the phone number is also not working. Worst company in Ireland!!!”

“My heart sank when I learned Fastway were the company delivering my grandsons Christmas presents from Smyths, they have vanished into the ether Smyths advised me to order them again but to do click & collect. Why does a reputable company like Smyths use a famously unreliable company like Fastway.”

“If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely diabolical! Packages don't arrive, if by a miracle one gets delivered then get ready to search through the bushes to find it, call your neighbours to try track things down. Pure lies of deliveries with signature confirmation, NOT TRUE, a joke of a company.”

“The worst courier company. They call twice and hang up. They were supposed to deliver my package about 5 times, they never deliver, I always had to go to the warehouse to get the package and once it was sent back. Every time I order something, I just pray that it doesn't go through fastway.”

“Just shocking. Just leave parcels at front door so visible to public, don't knock on door. Even when I'm there! Parcels regularly delivered with "authority to leave" despite signature being required and never speaking with me. Parcels also delivered and signed for by someone by a name not at all local to me. How companies use Fastway for their delivery is beyond me”
