“Doesn't even knock leaves parcel outside front door and sends and email saying it was left in a safe place "outside porch" even when there is no porch. Very negligent company would not recommend.”
“You actually left my delivery in the recycling bin, it's lucky I had to put them out tonight and I checked them. The item is fragile and easy to break and it says it on the package but you still put it out in -6c temperature. How hard is it for you to press my video doorbell just to let me know you delivered it. This isn't the first time it happened, many times with other deliveries. If there was a way to not have this company deliver anything to my house again I would choose it.”

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered an expensive gift, expecting it to arrive on time, but it got lost in the depot of Fast Way. Despite being an urgent delivery for a special occasion, the item has not arrived, and there has been no clear explanation or assistance from customer service. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a substantial amount of money only to have a valuable item go missing without any resolution. This has completely ruined the surprise and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I won’t be using Fast Way again for any future deliveries.”
“I always have a problem with this company. Or they deliver it to the neighbours, or at the door without attempting to check if is there anybody at home. Today, I'm at home and I'm waiting for my parcel and I received an email that the parcel couldn't be delivered because there is no one at home. I think because is raining and the driver is lazy to do it! The company doesn't have a customer service, customer email or whatever!!!!”
