“Cowboys ! Third time in the last month that I ordered online and received an email stating it was delivered and signed for. Absolute lies, I was home on all three days. No one came to my door or delivered anything. Contacted their online portal and was spun different lies. Fiest they said it was delivered to my house. Then they said it was delivered to an neighbour and then they told me that my front door had apparently been left open and they left it inside my house. Total lies. My front door is always locked and not one of my neighbours received any parcel for me. You will tell them you never got an order and they will completely disregard what you are saying and tell you to check again and again. On all three occasions my parcels were never retrieved and I had to request a refund from the seller. So disappointed in these cowboys”

“Received an email saying my package would be delivered today, tracker info confirmed this also, then the tracker info went missing, contacted their poor excuse for Customer Service, the alternated between telling me it was on board and it would be 48 hours! Tracker info still missing, worst company ever!”

“If there was an option for minus stars I would have giving it! Every second time I am expecting a delivery through this shambles of a company there is an issue! Companies need to stop giving contracts to them.”

“This company is very unreliable. I’m still waiting on the package that they have told me was delivered and signed for would not trust this company an inch if I had known my online purchase was going to be delivered by Fastway. I would never have bought absolute disaster on my recommendation. Do not use. There is no phone number to call and there is no email address to write to which is also very suspicious”

“Fastway is the worst delivery service in the country. I cannot get a hold of anyone. The driver left my parcel behind a pot and it was gone. I will never order anything from a company who use Fastway. No phone number. They do not answer emails etc etc. I am taking them to the small claims court maybe that will wake them up.”

“I keep getting emails saying they tried to deliver my parcel I have been home all week waiting on them I also have camaras up they never came I will never buy from a company that uses fastway again and il be sure to tell the company's why fastway should not be allowed to get away with it”

“The worst company ever always telling lies that they attempted to deliver which they didn’t and they tried ringing which didn’t happen either. I will be checking next time I order something to make sure it isn’t fastway. I can not understand why these companies cannot use DPD or Fastway. This is the 10th time or more this has happened. I have ordered from Monsoon and simply be they use Fastway still waiting on packages pity but I won’t be ordering from them anymore.”

“I ordered two items, the first item was delivered Friday and left at the road, about 500 metres from our house that we can't see until we walk down the hill. The second item was supposed to be delivered yesterday and they never said it would be delayed. They claim that they attempted delivery about half an hour ago at 10 at night but my dog never barked so I don't think they even came near the house as she definitely would have reacted to a van driving up our hill.”

“Your driver decided to throw my parcel into one of the bins without notifying me. No text or email telling me where they left it. The package has water damage courtesy of your employees. Looks like no proper training was provided. Disgraceful service.”

“These people should not be allow trade or be in business they are so poor, there should be regulators in place to shut them down. The most inefficient company or organisation I ever dealt with. Its time PrimeTime went went undercover and tracked a few packages and let customers see what really goes on. I've a feeling it could lead us to some interesting places.”

“They are rubbish. They tell complete lies that they have contacted you when they haven't and attempted to deliver your parcel and that it was rejected when its not true. I'm still waiting on a parcel from monaghan to come to cavan for almost a week. I don't know why anyone uses them as a courier.”

“Worst delivery company around. I’m waiting days for my package , I knew once I seen it was collect by fastway there was going to be problems and sure enough I was right . Fastway needs to be shutdown they are nothing but a bunch of scammers”

“Woah the drivers are so lazy I left a note in the “ manage my delivery “ section saying plz leave parcel behind side gate . And they couldn’t be arsed to check …so all I get back is “ we’ve attempted to deliver ur parcel we will attempt 2 more times “ I won’t be at the house … what’s the point of having a section where you can manage ur delivery and add a note if delivery drivers don’t bother to check …. LAZY”

“This is one of the most unprofessional company. They can not be relied and company who use fastway should think whether saving couple of bucks is worth the customer experience you get. No phone number anywhere because well they know they are absolute disaster and if people complain they might have to get up their lazy ass and maybe make few deliveries. Genuine petition to shut down the company and find some other way to scam people.”
