“Numerous times I got notifications saying my parcel been delivered and it's not.It was delivered after an hour or two but not by Fast way but some random person from different neighbourhood....”

“Cowboys ! Third time in the last month that I ordered online and received an email stating it was delivered and signed for. Absolute lies, I was home on all three days. No one came to my door or delivered anything. Contacted their online portal and was spun different lies. Fiest they said it was delivered to my house. Then they said it was delivered to an neighbour and then they told me that my front door had apparently been left open and they left it inside my house. Total lies. My front door is always locked and not one of my neighbours received any parcel for me. You will tell them you never got an order and they will completely disregard what you are saying and tell you to check again and again.
On all three occasions my parcels were never retrieved and I had to request a refund from the seller. So disappointed in these cowboys”
“Received an email saying my package would be delivered today, tracker info confirmed this also, then the tracker info went missing, contacted their poor excuse for Customer Service, the alternated between telling me it was on board and it would be 48 hours! Tracker info still missing, worst company ever!”

“Fastway is the worst delivery service in the country. I cannot get a hold of anyone. The driver left my parcel behind a pot and it was gone. I will never order anything from a company who use Fastway. No phone number. They do not answer emails etc etc. I am taking them to the small claims court maybe that will wake them up.”

“I ordered two items, the first item was delivered Friday and left at the road, about 500 metres from our house that we can't see until we walk down the hill. The second item was supposed to be delivered yesterday and they never said it would be delayed. They claim that they attempted delivery about half an hour ago at 10 at night but my dog never barked so I don't think they even came near the house as she definitely would have reacted to a van driving up our hill.”

And they couldn’t be arsed to check …so all I get back is “ we’ve attempted to deliver ur parcel we will attempt 2 more times “ I won’t be at the house … what’s the point of having a section where you can manage ur delivery and add a note if delivery drivers don’t bother to check ….
