“Fastway driver never delivers to my address.. parcels are thrown on the doorstep of a house at the end of our road or thrown in a smoking area at the back of our local pub!!! Have been in to the Letterkenny office two weeks ago to try and locate a parcel that was supposedly delivered and signed for, but once again it was definitely not delivered to my address! I was reassured that it wouldn’t happen again but same thing happened last week. When the person in the office let me speak to the driver on the phone his rude response to my query as to why he was leaving my parcels at the end of the road was “well it’s not a million miles away is it”. I then asked him who signed for the parcel and he told me that he just left it on the doorstep of the house, so he hadn’t seen or spoken to anyone which means that he obviously signed off on the delivery himself! It might not be a million miles away but I’m paying for delivery to “my” address. There was a postcode and phone number on the parcel so the driver could have phoned if he was having difficulty finding the house .. incidentally, all other delivery drivers have no problem finding the house! Very annoyed and angry as it’s a recurring issue!! I’ve spoken to other people in the area and they’re all having the same issues.. some getting phone calls asking if it would be ok to drop their parcels in the local shops because he can’t be bothered to deliver them to the address. I trust that this issue will be addressed and that the driver will deliver my parcels to my address in future!!”

“There is a new driver on our.route the past few weeks. she just left parcels in over garden wall on wet grass on 2 occasions, last week got a message saying parcel delivered but we hadn’t received it when we went looking found it in the middle of our neighbors garden. A disgrace anyone could walk away with parcels”

When I call the limerick depot it has a voice mail saying “we are unable to take your call “
The history states it has come but unable to find the premises , this has never happened anyone before as it is very straight forward and very clear on the map he is reading.
A very disappointing service.
I also emailed to see what time did he come so that I could be out on the road to wave him down. They never got back with that information.”

“My delivery was thrown over my garden wall and left to sit in the rain. The driver made no effort to contact me to give me the parcel he didn’t bother to come up to the door. This is the 3rd time this has happened with Fastway in the last 3 months. At this point I try to avoid ordering with companies who use Fastway as they are literally the poorest courier I’ve ever come across!”
“Sent a package to my mother via Fastway as I thought it would be faster than An Post. Tracking is saying it hasn't even left the depot in Dublin yet and it's being returned to me in the next 4- 10 days. Absolute disaster. The live chat cut me off and I've no idea what's going on.”

I was expecting delivery from Fastway. i was waiting at home all day long looking out for a courier.
To my surprise I did receive an email stating that delivery unsuccessful due to nobody at address. As I mention I was home all the time.
I have CCTV outside house, and after checking recordings there was no van, no courier, no attempt to deliver package.
It was just a blatant lie.
No customer service phone number, no way of contacting office, no way of finding out where is package.”

My main entrance is front of house with a Parcel Bin by the front door and notice to put parcel in Bin provided .”

“Constantly getting emails that they attempted delivery when they didn't (I work from home so am here all day). They dump parcels down the road from my apartment block, I had this happen to me and neighbours. Customer service do not reply, if they do they are not helpful. It puts me off ordering from a company if I see their courier is Fastway. DPD is far better. Reliable, great communication and super fast delivery.”
