“As long as the companies i order from use Fastway as couriers, I've never had a positive experience. They come across as lazy... never have I had a package delivered to me personally into my hand. It's either been left somewhere in some bushes near the street where anyone can take it, or with neighbours you won't necessarily get on with. It's a joke and a shock they're not out of business!!”
“Received emailed to say sports direct parcel would be delivered 29th August. Courier delivered another parcel on the 29th and when I asked where the parcel for sports direct was he checked system and replied still in depot. Within an hr I received an email to say courier had attempted to deliver parcel and rang me but there was no answer. This was of course incorrect. Courier stated before he left that he'd 100% bring it 2maro on the 30th. On the 30th I received same email stating they had tried to deliver parcel and tried ringing me and I didn't answer . Again incorrect. Company does not appear to have a reliable system to inform customer or effectively deliver parcel in an appropriate time frame . This isn't the 1st occasion this has happened. I am very hesitant in buying online from a company who uses fastway to deliver parcel.”
“This is my third order this year using Fastway, and the third time they have messed up the delivery. First time they notified me the item had been delivered. I was at home and it had not been delivered. I emailed customer services who sent me a photo of the item sitting outside somebody else's house. No apology. Second delivery they didn't even bother getting out of the van. Again, I was at home, happened to look out the window and saw a Fastway van driving past. Shortly after that I received an 'attempted delivery' message. Yesterday my daughter was home all day waiting for her school books. Again 'attempted delivery' notification, with the notable absence of any attempt to deliver. Today, my daughter said to me "mum, there's a Fastway van outside. He had a parcel in his hand and he looked left and right and got back into the van". I bolted outside and had to run beside the van as he was driving off. I asked him if he had a delivery for #23 and he said "yeah" so I asked him "can I have it please"? Begrudgingly he obliged. Unbelievable!! Drivers and customer care are lazy and incompetent.”

“Just the pits when it comes to delivering. Leaves stuff everywhere and say nothing. In puddles. Over the fence and say nothing so you go for days wondering where your stuff is. Shocking carry on from Fartway couriers ( shut down the parody X account cause it told the truth, Google it). I'd sware they look for the worst candidates possible to work for them. It's been this way for years. Unreal how they are still trading. We have stopped from ordering things when we know Fartway will be delivering. You just can't rely on them.”

FASTWAY lost my package. The package was addressed to an OOHPOD address and marked delivered but I never received a notification from OOHPOD about a delivery and they confirmed it was never received (attached)
I contacted FASTWAY through their online support which states a 24 hour response timeline yet it’s been 1 week without human acknowledgment of my issue.
I have resorted to going through every possible avenue to ensure their staff and CEO are aware of this issue.”

I ordered my runners from ASOS and last Wednesday I got an email say my parcel arrived so I went down stairs but my parcel was gone. The driver didn’t call me or ring my doorbell. He got in the building from someone who live in the same building. So I walked over to the other blocks incase he left it there and ask ppl if anyone see it but obviously no one will admit they took my parcel. I contacted Fastway straight away and they refused to help me and say if the driver leave it there then nothing they can do. The driver rang me the next day and he said he left it in safety mailbox but we don’t have it here and he said it’s not his job to call me to ask if I’m home or not. He just assume ppl will be home. I lost my parcel and I can’t claim my money back. ASOS close my account under fraudulent. I hope this company will shut down very soon. They need to interview and hire some professional to work as a driver as we trust you to hand over our stuff.”

“I ordered something from a company in co. cork. I received email updates that the parcel had been collected, and then that the parcel would be delivered.
This morning my parcel had been thrown over the gate.
No one rang the doorbell. They are fortunate nothing breakable was in it.
Absolutely appalling service.
