Well Thursday 4 July the 2nd box arrived with the whole side ripped off and battered, probably bits missing. Sent it back. I think this company strives to be the worst. “This company cannot be trusted. Got an email from them that my parcel will be delivered today, then after a while got an notification that my parcel was delivered and signed. I contacted customer care they found out that my parcel was left in petrol station, I drove around all petrol stations in town and none of them had it. Contacted customer care again , then they told me that parcel is with the driver and will be delivered today. Waited all evening, no sign of the driver and again I got notification that driver didn't have access to my building ( he didn't even bother to call). I contacted customer care once again and arranged collection in the depot centre at 4pm. I drove to the depot centre and they didn't know anything regarding my parcel and gave me the number of driver and told me to sort it out myself.
My kindest advise to all companies do not use Fastway as you will be losing customers.”

“Even fastway customer service supervisors cant give me an answer or get my package delivered and get the workers of this company to do there job,,, that means were all in serious hassle regarding packages being delivered or stolen ,,, it seems Fastway is a great place to work ,,, you can be a thief, a lier , you can be forgerer ,, you dont have to do your job or answer for anything wrong thats done because the owners expect you to do wrong ,,, if you try and stand up for yoirself against fastway by contacting customer service and after a month of getting no where with any of them supervisors included they just pass the buck all over the place , lie so they dont have to do there job ,,, they dont like to deliver to urban/rural areas plain and simple ,, 75 % of there customers are taken care off and thats enough to keep the ๐ฉship afloat ,,, if they were any good they would put in there contracts that they dont deliver to Rural areas and stop f##cking with people as they have no right to do that ,,, would the owner of fastway like if he ordered something online and was given the finger by the courier company thats meant to deliver it ๐ค,,, i bet you the owners of fastway would not like it if it happened to them ,,, people like that seem to be latest type of creatures that inhabit this planet ,,, there obviously abusing a tracking system that was meant to do good things ,,, unfortunately these days there are to many humans who seem to think that manipultion is a good thing and actually educate people on how to do it and its accepted because those laws were made by other manipulaters ,,, CROOKED BUSINESS PEOPLE ACROSS THE BOARD . “It was "Onboard with the courier" for 16 days and after ignoring two complaint emails and escalating the issue with the original sender they marked it as Signature obtained and back dated it to 15 days before. I never received my package and I certainly never signed for it. I'm honestly disgusted and can't believe this company is allowed to operate when it's clear this is not the first time they have forged signatures.”

“Fastway Gouriers should be the name of this company ,,, my ebay purchase was in fastways possesion since 3/6/24 according to tracking info ,,, contacted fastway throught email on the 17/6/24 i was told later that day my package was located in Dublin ,, scanned and put on a container bound for Cork on the 17/6/24 which tracking info seemed to confirm ,,, today is the 25/6/24 and ive just been informed via email that my package has been misdirected ??? and cant be located they have checked CCTV footage for a human mouse who has eaten the container and all the packages ,, but CCTV doesnt provide Fastway Gouriers with any further information ๐ค which i do not believe for a second but Fastway Gouriers expect me to ,, the email from customer service was contact your supplier who will advise you on the next step ๐ imagine that ๐ฉ .

“The quality of this delivery service stands and falls with the van driver who โownsโ a particular route or area. They are paid per drop, i.e. per delivery. Therefore, even though the customer / parcel recipient may have received a very early courtesy email from the company, excitedly announcing delivery โtodayโ, if the driver has many, or as is often the case, too many parcel drops along one particular route, he / she either runs out of time or simply doesnโt bother heading to a location with fewer drops. It doesnโt matter whether the customer has paid for delivery within a certain timeframe, or even paid for overnight delivery, Fastway drivers will drop off the parcel as and when it suits them.
This happened to me again this month. I had ordered an item I needed for my upcoming holiday; the excepted delivery date was a comfortable four days prior to my planned departure. On the morning, I received the delivery announcement at 7.18hrs by email; at 16.18hrs, an email arrived saying delivery had been attempted. This was untrue; I work from home. The same happened the following day at 18.06hrs. I sent a complaint through the Fastway website but as it was after office hours on a Friday, a reply was only sent the following Monday after I had gone on holidays โ without the item I had ordered and not received.
Once I had returned from abroad, Fastway arranged a renewed attempt for my parcel to finally be delivered. As per usual, the early morning email arrived; then, at 15.25hrs, I received a call from the van driver. To be fair, the man had only just started on that route and was entirely polite and professional. However, he did inform me that he had so many deliveries to fulfil that day, that he was only driving one route, and it would not be ours. He apologetically told me that, given the number of deliveries on the other route, it wouldnโt be โviableโ to also call out to my address. He did promise delivery on the following day and was as good as his word. That is how I got to take delivery of my parcel almost two weeks after the previous driver shouldโve dropped it off.
In my opinion, this is unacceptable and it is not the first time this has happened to me. For a while, there was a Fastway driver on our route that was as reliable as they come. He might only arrive after 19hrs on an evening, but if you got your email in the morning, you knew you were going to have your parcel that day. Period. The company urgently needs to put the foot down on the โbad eggsโ. No matter how helpful and usually prompt the customer service agents are (and they generally are that), if the driver doesnโt do what the company is paid for, i.e. promptly deliver parcels, then itโs not a lot of good to the customer.”
“Iโve been home all day, door bell is working fine. No one called to my house at 11.30 this morning yet I received an email from Fastway to say my item has been delivered at that time. Iโve searched the garden and my neighbours garden. Iโve even looked in my neighbours bins!! Iโve sent an email but have had no reply so far.”
“Been waiting on a package to be delivered in west Cork, Fastway have had it in their depot for well over a week, each morning it gets updated to 'Staged for Next Day delivery', their support says it's being expedited, obviously not. Will try starting an insurance claim with them next week, see how that goes. My advice, never ever use.”

“Fastway Couriers the worst courier company I have ever encountered, I received an email stating that the parcel had been delivered to me and that I had signed to receive it, which is a lie as the parcel was not delivered to me and I did not sign for anything. After several e-mails sent to the company, I was told that the courier cannot deliver the parcel to the indicated address and that I should provide another address for delivery, couriers from other companies have never had problems with delivering the parcel. This is a complete lack of respect for the customer and I do not recommend this company.”

“Tracking Online system didn't work with either a Woodies order or my wife's Very order. I called the "Fastway Swords" number online and received a snappy woman who advised that I was onto a Commercial line. But Google provides the top search for Fastway' Number as this number.
She then proceeded to advise me to email in and I would receive a reply with 24 hours...issue is, I needed an update on the phone as the items were overdue and urgent. When I pressed her a little...she deployed the "Don't speak to me in that tone of voice" nonsense. Then she raised her voice and hung up.
When I rang back and pleaded with her...Guess what, she was able to check my tracking in seconds only to advise me again she needed to disconnect my call when I probed her nicely on why their online system tracking ids weren't working!
Leave office the J she said and it will work fine!!
