“Courier left parcel on my doorstep, it was raining today, courier did not ring my doorbell or contact me to advise of delivery. I was advised when I purchased items via email parcel would be delivered on 05/06/24 it was delivered on 04/06/24. Notification of amended delivery date was sent 7.40am on 04/06/24 which I did not see my fault. It would be more useful to get an email a day prior to delivery or a text on delivery day. No problem with change to delivery date if you advise customers in a timely manner. A neighbour spotted parcel on my doorstep & took it just in case it was stolen. Great neighbour awful service from Fastway. Not impressed.”
“Dont know about the rest of the country but Fastway Couriers in Limerick are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Not only are deliveries always late, but the drivers are constantly dropping my packages to other houses, then signing for them with other names saying packages have been delivered. Multiple times people have called to my house to drop off a package Fastway have wrongly delivered to them. Their incompetent delivery drivers either don’t know how to or are too lazy to track an eircode. Fastway management obviously could not be ar*ed training them properly? They make it almost impossible to contact them to report missing packages, appalling customer service.”
“We are currently wait for a parcel from a supplier and it is now eight days since they dispatched the product! It is the third time this year this has happened this year and your tracking system has misdirected each time! What is going on in Fastway, as it use to be a good service. I have now asked the supplier to stop using the service for any goods we order.”

“I had a fairly expensive item to be delivered on one of the days when I would have been home, but parcel was delayed somewhere (not unusual for Fastway). It was due the next day but I was back to work so I typed note on the tracking online and I put a huge note on my front door stating the safe place to put the item.
The driver delivered but left the parcel outside.. right beside the note I had left... so annoyed because it was there for hours in showery weather and totally visible to all passing by. Thankfully it wasn't taken or destroyed, this isn't the first time I've had items delivered in an unsatisfactory manner. If the choice was mine which delivery company to use, I definitely wouldn't pick them but the choice is out of my hands when I order items online.”
“I ordered something from a garden centre in Laois on Monday last & paid extra for fast delivery! Wednesday morning I got an email from Fastway couriers exclaiming Great News - my parcel has been delivered (09:18 ) ! Complete & utter nonsense!! There was someone at home all day & no delivery van either pulled up at the gate nor came to the door! It took me 2 days of calling the garden centre & e-mailing fastway to find my delivery! They eventually dropped it with a neighbour 400m away on Thursday evening, despite putting in a gps aerial photo of my house in their ‘celebratory’ first email declaring it had been delivered 😡.

“Ordered from Castore in April they used fastway, castore have told me that it was delivered on the 15th of May 2 weeks ago and it is no where to be seen, I called fastway and they told me “oh it’s 2 weeks ago now the driver probably won’t remember why didn’t you call sooner”. Awful service.
And I ordered next day delivery with ASOS on Sunday and should have received my order Tuesday, I paid €14 for the service and now I’m told it won’t be here until Thursday at the earliest, absolute joke and I ordered next day delivery because it was for my girlfriend’s birthday which is today.

“Absolutely appalling service. Received an email from their 'team' saying that they had attempted delivery but were unsuccessful. However, there were people in the house and did not hear a knock on the door or the doorbell ring. Phoned their phone number only to be told they do not speak to receivers of packages over the phone and that I would need to use their customer support chat on the website. I further requested an explanation and was told that the parcel would be delivered in the next 24-48hours with no actual explanation or answers to the questions I asked. This is not the first time I have had such an experience with this courier personally or in work. My advise to anybody on here is to NOT use Fastway.”

“I have had issues in the past with Fastway couriers but this time, I have filled a formal complaint from: complaints.care at fastway.ie (yet to receive a reply), and have followed up several times via the 'support chat' (which generates a ticket sent to one's personal email from: support at fastwaynapier.zendesk.com which have brought me nowhere.)
I work from home and have not been contacted once via phone, doorbell or both to advise of any deliveries, yet two emails were sent advising that there was an attempted delivery. I have zero issues with An Post, DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS _ I wish I could control the delivery company my items are delivered through, but unfortunately this is something I cannot change. My order is at "Problem Freight Under Investigation'' status, and I have not received my order or a timeframe for its delivery to this day!
I would advise anyone who has issues with this company to read all Google reviews, and get in touch with CCPC (consumer protection) regarding this courier company, as this company is outsourcing its delivery services to cowboy independent contractors (non employees) who have zero consideration for customer care or for providing any service. Avoid at all costs!”
“I ordered some books that were given to Fastway to deliver. I was given a date and stayed at home for a day waiting for the delivery. No one came to my home with my package.
Received a message that said that they couldn’t contact me as they did not have the correct phone number. I replied with my number and heard nothing. No missed calls, no messages, nothing.
Next day I received a message that said they had an incorrect address for me and could not deliver the package. I checked the information I supplied to the company I purchased the item from, and all the information was correct. I then gave them the correct address. No package was delivered.
The next day I looked for a phone number to contact them on and couldn’t find one.
I then messaged them to say that I would collect the parcel from the depot and when. I received no reply.
Drove to the depot that apparently covered the South East. It looked dirty, empty with only a few packages. My parcel wasn’t there. I asked if they could ring the Kilkenny depot which apparently covered my area, which they did. They had the package and I drove quite a distance to collect it.
Arrived to Kilkenny to find a mature woman waiting in her car. The depot door was locked, she had rung the bell 6 times and no one had come to answer it. I banged loudly on all the doors to the depot and rang the bell. Eventually someone came to the door and I collected my package and the lady went to get hers.
When I came out of the depot, I was amazed to see an email saying that my parcel had been delivered to a secure place. I also received another email saying the package would be delivered to my home. Both emails were sent while I was actually picking up my package and was in the depot!
Terrible service, well no service actually. I will always check who the courier company is before I buy online. I won’t buy if they use Fastway. They deserve 0 stars!

“Fastway Limerick cannot be trusted to safely deliver parcels.
During a previous delivery the Fastway Limerick driver (who had just thrown a parcel at our front door) abused my partner and told him in future he would not deliver to our door and would 'throw parcels in the drive'. Well we have just experienced our first delivery since this incident, and despite assurances from Fastway that this would not happen and the driver would be dealt with, it has happened. A parcel containing €200 worth of goods was thrown over a wall at the end of our drive (about 1km from the door) and left on the ground in the pouring rain. It was only found as someone happened to be driving out and saw it. To add insult to injury the Fastway tracking app' has this logged as being 'authority to leave, no signature required' which is completely inaccurate, untrue and was not given as the instruction. This is completely unacceptable and now means that we cannot trust that any items will be safely delivered whilst this driver is still employed by Fastway. Why any business chooses to use this delivery service is beyond me.”
“Repeatedly the worst courier service in the land! Driver has been caught telling lies about attempted delivery on several occasions to my easy to find Dublin home just off motorway.... No attempted deliveries simply no delivery! Ordered wedding suit for my husband and it was due last Wednesday when Fastway sent an attempted delivery email.. Lies as I was here the entire time working at the front window of my house. This is not the first time, awful experience at Christmas aswell. However it is now Friday 4pm and still no suit for the wedding tomorrow. No response to emails. Another disaster with Fastway!”
