“They didn’t deliver my package to my address and I emailed multiple times and still have heard nothing the service is absolutely shocking and would put me off anything that uses Fastway couriers”
“I received an email my parcel would be delivered then another one that it had been delivered, but nothing delivered until the next day, never got many deliveries through Fastway but the few I did get were very unsafactory, the last one was left outside in the rain, eventhough Porch Door unlocked and note up to leave parcel in the porch, it's not good enough, you are supposed to be providing a service, obviously a huge amount of unhappy customers going by the reviews. Why can I not contact you I phoned no this am recording to go to website. I would expect you to look and give a service that the public deserve.”
“Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company, ZERO customer service. Their website has no contact chat, no email contact, no phone number to ring, how very convenient for them. They lost a €200 valued item of mine at Christmas and took no responsibility was going in circles with them. Also lost a package recently they delivered to wrong street and wrong house number and claimed it was signed for. They just shrug shoulders and play dumb. If I could give ZERO stars I would.”
“Shocking customer service. Delivery drivers don’t make any attempt to deliver your parcel before sending back to the supplier. No contact details available to ring and get an update either - you’re just left in the dark. Dreadful company. Hopefully your parcels are delivered by another courier for your own sake”
“Try and avoid ordering from shops that use these couriers, (eg Smyths, Very). Several occasions parcels just don't arrive or are delivered to the wrong house. Abysmal customer service also.”
“Similar to what is being said here. They report a delivery attempt but they never appear. Or more, they buzz your home and leave not having any time for you to go downstairs and get the parcel. It is just amazing a company like that to continue operating in Ireland.”
“Unable to contact them on the website as their customer care team system doesn’t work. I try the contact me and send them a message there and still no joy with them. I even told them on the alternative delivery for when I’m will be available to take delivery and they still just try delivery when I’m not home. An absolute disgrace of a company!!!”
“The delivery driver delivered a box which I opened . I thought it was a Lego set which my daughter had sent as she will be arriving on holiday with her 2 young boys in a few days time. The driver returned with a parcel which was for me and severely damaged.. When he saw the box was opened he snatched the box from me in anger and said it was not for me . I was then met with a barrage of foul language . I am a pensioner and felt very threatened by his behaviour on my doorstep”

“Sham fraudulent company ,the driver is initialing the delivery slip himself , we have photographic proof, we also have cctv , then he clicks it as delivered in his company system , it’s shameful , he also delivers to the local shop because he is too lazy to make the full journey , he tells the shop assistant that he will call the customer and never does, my package was in a shop that I actually don’t really use for over a month , the shop keeper asked him to take the package and he told her that he was phoning me ( never happened ) complete lies!! this company should not be allowed to trade their licence to trade should be revoked , just look at all the complaints about them online , why are they still trading ??, there is no way of contacting them , no direct number , the worst courier company I have ever come across , sad thing is there are decent people out there looking for jobs who would do a wonderful job given the chance and we end up with a company run so badly that there could care less if their driver deliverers or not , shameful”
“Talk about the worst delivery company in the world! Two years ago you destroyed our wedding flowers. Today when we contact you with a reference number we are told we need to contact the seller and have them contact you.... Talk about going around in circles. NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE FASTWAY”

“Parcel "delivered" to number 75 but the address on the package is clearly number 65. Hence parcel incorrectly delivered.
Parcel itself placed under the front gate at the end of the drive - left to the mercy of the elements. I have no idea how long it was in that, nonsensical, position before it was discovered. Hence parcel incompetently delivered.

“The driver who deliver to dungarvan is not doing his work. He didn't try to call in costumers mobile number. And did't wait even 2 minutes to make the dekivery safe. Just left the parcel outside. Same happen to my friend as well with the same guy. Idiot.”
“Disgustingly poor service. Drivers always leave parcels outside in all weather despite a polytunnel door six paces inside my gate. Two deliveries got rained on. No contact phone number on website and no easy way to lodge a complaint. Very poor level of service altogether.”
“Would give zero stars if I could. I had 4 parcels due for delivery from Very. The tracking said out for delivery so I waited all day but nobody arrived. Next thing the tracking first says delivery rejected return to sender and then says left card with receiver, return to depot. I'm extremely upset about this. Absolutely disgusting service 😒.”
“I was notified that my parcel was delivered, however it was not at my home. I contacted customer service who advised me they would check with the driver and get back to me. That was 4 weeks ago, I have contacted customer support multiple times only to be told the jobs has been assigned to someone so they couldn't help.
This "customer support" is a joke. No way to contact anyone directly.
I can be sure that where I see Fastway are the courier service, I will not proceed with my purchase.
Would give 0 star review of possible.”
