“This is one of the most unprofessional company. They can not be relied and company who use fastway should think whether saving couple of bucks is worth the customer experience you get. No phone number anywhere because well they know they are absolute disaster and if people complain they might have to get up their lazy ass and maybe make few deliveries.
Genuine petition to shut down the company and find some other way to scam people.”
“I purchased 3 different products from 3different companies recently and never got my deliveries Fastway said they could not deliver as the address was incorrect even though address was on the orders. They do not reply to emails and have discontinued their phone line luckily I got refunded from all suppliers. Why are suppliers still using these couriers”

There is no number to call them. No reply to my messages. No reply to my emails. Second time I've had this problem with them. No idea how they get away with their conduct. I'm reporting them to comreg. No communication channels other than chatbot schtick. Lied about calling when allegedly trying to deliver. No delivery .”
“A bunch of cowboys, there really should be regulation of courier companies in Ireland, if there was these would be long out of operation. Every time they mess up a simple delivery, the drivers don't want the hassle of travelling off the main Rd. We have had parcels dropped to strangers over 5km away”

“Trying to get in contact for the last two days with them but no response. Keep saying my parcel won't be delivered as I'm not at home but any other courier just leaves it at the back door. Ridiculous. Will never order from any company that uses Fastway again.”
“They have a long history of messing up my deliveries but this one was truly special and potentially very dangerous. My eircode literally sits on top of my kitchen, at the top of 100m of crushed rock drive designed specifically to take oil tankers, with an open gate. My postbox is next to my front door, not the gate. The delivery came up as “signed for” with no sign of it for hours. So I went looking, and found the box thrown in a pile of long grass at the bottom of my drive well *inside* the gate.
600g of pink, irresistibly sweetie smelling, rat poison sat in a box that was exceptionally soggy and would have been soaked in the shower of torrential rain an hour later. There are kids all around here, it is very rural, with little traffic, so they get a lot of freedom. This is the kind of thing that can end very badly.
Fastway do this to me all the time, I am afraid to order from any company that uses them I have to hunt around various neighbours gates and hedgerows (stuck in fencing is another common one) for wherever they have left items. but this was SO DANGEROUS.
Another courier who ALWAYS comes to my door and rings the bell was absolutely horrified when I told him about this and about what was in the package”
“I would give fastway a zero star rating if possible. I ordered a package they threw it on my doorway with no contact from them to ask if I would be home. My dogs absolutely ripped my package to shreds and destroyed the goods. Granted, not exactly the delivery driver's fault. But I reordered the the same items and when I got notification that my item would be delivered the next working day, I used their manage my order option to deliver to my family's house close by. They still delivered it to my home address and of course the exact same thing happened and my items were ruined again! If I paid for delivery and requested it to sent to a near by location, why would they not comply by that. Lucky I got reimbursed by the seller, but I will never order from companies that use their service again. They are completely trash and there's no way to contact customers service, even tho it states on their website that they have a live chat customer service line. It's nowhere to be found! DPD on the other hand are excellent, and it's easy to see the difference in their service compared to fastway. Never again! Avoid at all costs.”
